The villa is made up of a large living space (90m²): living room (tv), kitchen, terrace with jacuzzi and a sleeping area with air conditioning (60m²): a suite with private bathroom and a family room for 4 people . In the garden, enjoy the jacuzzi and the rancho BBQ for your aperitifs and grills by the river. Ideally located between Puerto Viejo and Punta uva/Manzanillo. Private parking. High speed internet.

Tree house 5 min walk from Cocles and Bluff Beach

Dear travelers, this is not exactly a treehouse, but we decided to call it that because many of our guests describe the experience as feeling like being up in a tree. The cabin is located in the rainforest and only 5 minutes walk to Cocles beach and pristine Bluff Beach (just in front of Pirripli Island.) We currently have a 100 MB stable connection so it is a great option for people who need to work during their holidays. The access road is flat, easy walking for everyone and no 4x4 is needed

This wonderful two-bedroom second-floor apartment can host up to 4 persons and is located in a tranquil and safe area in Cocles. The beach can be reached in under 5 walking-minutes. The house is build for the needs of tropical climate. High ceilings, no Windows, beautiful wood. There is no need for A/C. We also would not like to have A/C for several reasons: it's terrible for our climate, the noise pollution, Mosquito nets instead of windows. If this resonates with you, then we match! 🫶
