Welcome! This villa is located in the popular area of Burriana in Nerja, just 700 meters from the beach. "Pueblo Jerez", as the house is called, offers air-conditioned accommodation with a private pool and a view of a green area and beautiful mountains. The towncenter and Balcon de Europa are 1.8 km away and has a lot to offer and is sure to make your holiday one of a kind. Wi-fi is free. Towels and bed linen are included to make your stay more enjoyable. Parking at the house is also free. If you feel like BBQ, there is a Weber charcoal grill to use. Pets are welcome, but smoking is not allowed. The accommodation consists of two apartments, the larger of which is on two floors. The lower floor includes a kitchen, an open-plan living room and a terrace with a view of the green area. The kitchen has a fridge, freezer, stove, oven, microwave and dishwasher. The sofa in the living room can be used as a bed for two people. There is also a fireplace and Smart TV. On the upper level there is a bedroom with a double bed, an "en suite" bathroom and terrace with a view. The smaller apartment is just as well equipped, although everything is on the same floor. Kitchen and living room in one with a terrace facing the green area outside. The kitchen has a fridge, freezer, stove, oven, microwave and dishwasher. The sofa in the living room can be used as a bed for two people. Here is also a fireplace and Smart TV. The bedroom has a double bed and an "en suite" bathroom. Nice house in the heart of Frigiliana. The house has three floors, the middle one has the kitchen, living room plus living room and a small bathroom. On the ground there is a double bedroom, a bathroom with shower and a small space with a single bed, the other floor has a double bedroom, a bathroom with shower and a terrace with beautiful views of the sea and the countryside. The house does not have a swimming pool but a few meters away is the municipal swimming pool where you can enjoy it in the summer months.

Beautiful Andalusian cottage with sea view from the spacious balcony in a scenic setting in Nerja! The sunny private garden with terrace on the ground floor is a lovely outdoor area to enjoy. Only a 6 minute walk to Burriana beach and restaurants. The accommodation is completely renovated in June. Please note that you have to walk stairs to reach the house and that the house has a spiral staircase to acces the downstairs bedroom from the living room. Free parking available on the street.

House in the center of the village refurbished 100% (in 2019). Close to everything but without noise, five minutes to beach. 2 bedrooms house with 2 bathrooms and a living room with kitchen. The house has two floors with a large patio that looks at the living room and the bedroom upstairs. The main bedroom upstairs has a double bed, the bedroom on the ground floor has two single beds, and in the living room there is a sofa bed for two people. The patio has a shower with hot water.
