Beautiful villa near the beach in the Roche, Conil (Cadiz) We rent all year round (for fortnights in July and August) and can accommodate up to 8 people. There is WiFi Internet and Netflix Plus, 2 smart TVs, one 70'' screen. The house, 150 m2 (200 including terraces) and 600 m2 of garden, is a typical Andalusian tile construction totally and perfectly equipped and decorated with style, for maximum comfort and enjoyment. It is only 50 meters from the beach. So close that you can go barefoot.

A charmingly renovated townhouse in a quiet Andalusian courtyard in the historic center. It has a fully-equipped kitchen, a living room with a comfortable sofa bed, a double bedroom, and a full bathroom. Cool in summer due to its thick walls and cozy in winter as it has an electric radiator and fireplace. The patio leads to the terrace with stunning views. I will be available at all times and will be happy to help you with whatever you need to make your stay a five-star one. Welcome!

Pepa's little house

Cozy cottage located in a very quiet area and only 600 meters from the beach. It is perfect for couples. The house has a master bedroom with an integrated toilet and a couch in the living room. It has air conditioning, washing machine and a fully equipped kitchen. We include sheets and towels. Outside you will find a private garden with barbecue, sun loungers and an outdoor shower. The access to the parking is shared, not so the parking, which is private and exclusive for my guests.

The exterior has a garden, barbecue, sun loungers, and a shower with hot water. Covered parking for guests.

Ideal studio for up to two people, beachfront, next to the Trafalgar lighthouse, unbeatable location, equipped, large garden, community parking Pets are allowed, prior notice of acceptance in any case is the owner's prerogative. For pets, a one-time payment per pet of €20 will be charged in addition to the total, for cleaning, payment will be made in cash upon arrival. We don't supply towels.
