Por si fuera poco, la playa se encuentra a escasos 5-10 minutos a pie. Saliendo del apartamento hay una parada de taxis y a unos 150 metros hay un parking público y parada de autobuses, incluso el bus que lleva al aeropuerto

Ubicado en primerísima línea de playa, presume de una localización envidiable junto al Muelle Uno y a 10 minutos andando del casco histórico.
