Arranged over two floors, it comprises three double bedrooms, two king size and one twin bedroom, all of them with en-suite bathrooms with bathtub and Italian shower. The fully equipped kitchen opens onto a living room with a fireplace and large windows. The elevated gardens dominate the complex and offer spectacular views over the village of Arcos de la Frontera. Tiene cabida para 4 personas, salón-comedor, cocina aboerta al salón y un baño. Las estancias son muy amplias y especialmente luminosas, al estar situado en esquina dispone de 4 ventanas y balcones en el salón donde entra mucha luz todo el año. La casa es una primera planta sin ascensor con una escalera cómoda de unos 20 escalones.

Durante los meses de junio y Julio debido a que el edificio donde se encuentra el alojamiento está lleno de familias con niños y para minimizar las molestias a los vecinos, no se aceptarán reservas de grupos de amigos jóvenes.
