Only 7 minutes from the airport and 8 minutes from the beach. 1 minute from the apt has fast foods, supermarket and pharmacies. Only 20 minutes from San Juan and 25 from El Yunque. A lot of beach option very near. Parking is inside the house not in street and iluminated at night and has security cameras. 6 minutes away on foot theres a PR RESTAURANT GABYS LECHONERA and COFEE GARAGE next door. Which is perfect for lunch/dinner (pernil, ribs, chicken, batata and more).

We present an apartment near the Luis Muñoz Marin SJU airport. Nearby beaches approximately 15 minutes away: Alambique and Balneario of Carolina. Supermarket and cafe (5min walk), very quiet community for work or rest after a day at the beach or sightseeing in our beautiful Puerto Rico. El vecchio san juan is a 20 munutos by car Our goal is to create a welcoming atmosphere, that our customers feel like our place and Puerto Rico is their home as well.
