very well equipped apartment, very clean, with amazing views. Parking space is an undeniable bonus. The location makes it easy to radiate all over the island. We had a pleasant stay. Although the van was quite old and a bit noisy, it did its job very well and we managed to get around the whole island without a hitch. Andrei was very kind and helpful. We recommend it for an authentic adventure in Tenerife!

We cannot recommend this apartment enough it is very equipped, everything you need and very comfortable. The owners are amazing, nothing is too much trouble, and they are very friendly and helpful. The water, fruit, wine and beer were a wonderful touch!! We will definitely be returning!!

Very nice and functional apartment. We set up an office and workplaces so we could work for the 2 weeks we were in Maria's apartment. There were really good tables and chairs, and the layout of the apartment was perfect for this purpose. The apartment is modernized and has a newer bathroom, a well-appointed kitchen/living room and a very nice balcony. There are a few minor downsides to the apartment, such as a very small fridge as well as a very soft bed. I wrote this to Maria, and she has said it will be fixed. One last thing to consider is that the apartment is in the part of the building that is near the road, so there may be some noise. But no big problem. We slept well at night anyway.

We have just returned from a week staying at this property. From initial enquiry - check out Ruth was very friendly , helpful and available if needed. Ahead of going we received clear video instructions for collecting the key / entering the property and information about the apartment itself. As well as links to local attractions/ restaurants. The apartment was in a quiet neighborhood with views of the mountain. It was a clean place with all the things you would need for a stay. Even little pots of olive oil which came in very handy ! The building has a lift which is very helpful especially with cases. Ruth recommended we took a taxi to the apartment as it's a bit hard going with cases. We took a bus and she was right it was a bit of a hill arriving but the bus stop is just a few mins away which is very convenient from the airport. It also was only 10-15 mins walk to the beach / shops and restaurants. We also particularly enjoyed the restaurant "k-vegan" which was local !

I've rented Nurias place with a group of friends, stayed there for 7 days and enjoyed every single one of them. It was clean, cozy, there was also an awesome grill and huge terrace upstairs on which we spent most of our evenings. It was a pleasure to talk with Nuria, she was really helpful and kind. I highly recommend this place :)

We had a great stay. Ideal spot for playa del duque. Loved that we had sun loungers on the balcony with towels provided. No complaints! We would go back in a heartbeat! Thank you!

Great apartment. Great Sea view. 12th floor but lift very reliable. Good Supermarket near by. Short costal walk into the centre of Los Cristianos. Large Bedroom. Very clean with everything you need.

I stayed in this apartment for a week and was really satisfied. The location is great: a short walk to the sea, in a quiet area but convenient to everything. It was easy to get around by foot and finding parking was never a problem. A short distance away there is also a well-stocked supermarket, very convenient for everyday life. The residence is very clean, quiet and well cared for, as well as the apartment: impeccably clean, fragrant and equipped with every comfort. There was really everything you need, and even more – from the super-equipped kitchen to cleaning accessories, laundry, iron and iron, etc. A great point in favor was the availability of the host, super kind. He also made us find a very useful book with recommended itineraries, places to visit, beaches and restaurants in the area: a really appreciated gesture, and not obvious. Tip!

Great apartment. The view is amazing and Olga was really helpful and help as beyond expectations. In the apartment is everything. What we needed for us. Close to the beach and easy to get there. One small minus was the bed. Little bit hard for us.

Nice place in a central location. Everything is easily walkable. Apartment tidy and meets the description. Communication around in and out was smooth. The only thing that was unfortunate for us is that the sofa bed is actually not suitable for 2 adults and the bed on the second floor was much too hard, so we have had back problems all week.

The apartment had a stunning view, was spotlessly clean, and fully equipped with everything we needed. Parking was easy and hassle-free. There was a beautiful beach nearby, which made the location even more perfect. Communication with the host was clear and smooth – he even gave us great restaurant recommendations. I would give 11/10. Tullio is a representation of what a good host should be like. He is super responsive + he picked me up and drove me back to the airport. We stayed for six days and really enjoyed it. The apartment is in a great location, and everything was tidy and nicely decorated. The host gave us a warm welcome and even brought snacks, water, and a bottle of red wine as a welcoming gift. Highly recommended!

It was a very nice accommodation, the hostess was always available and was accommodating. Changing linen + towels was theoretically not a problem. The apartment was very clean. There were otherwise no incidents, the balcony is a bit noisy due to the street, but quiet when you close all the doors. The promenade is within walking distance in 3-4 minutes. In conclusion, I would say that everything was good - very good and I would come back at any time.
