We had an amazing stay at this fantastic accommodation. The house is modern, spotless, and perfect for our family trip of five. Everyone had plenty of space and felt 100% comfortable throughout our stay. One of the highlights was the awesome roof terrace. The mountain view is stunning especially at night - it's the perfect place to relax. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a clean, stylish, and peaceful place. We would definitely stay here again.

The apartment was immaculately clean. Beautiful contemporary decor. 65 inch SmartT.V. was great. It provided all the the necessary items needed for a stay. The trolley supermarket bag was a fab bonus. We will be back.

Marian is an exceptional host and her home is an extension of her in every way! The space was well equipped and incredibly clean. You can definitely tell she has thought about everything down to the last detail to give a very home from home feel. Two of our guests were staying on the sofa bed, which she kindly had prepared for us ready for our stay, they found it incredibly comfortable. The location was very central and gave us easy access to lots of shops, restaurants and the sea front. We particularly enjoyed our time on the private roof terrace, which harboured great views at all times of the day! Marian met us to check us in and show us around the apartment, which made it a very smooth experience. She even extended her hospitality to allow us to stay a little longer on check out day as our flight was later in the evening. It made all the difference to our holiday. All in all a lovely host and a lovely home and would highly recommend staying if you have the chance We will be back

We had a fantastic stay! The location is unbeatable—right in front of Las Vistas, the best beach on the island. The view from the apartment is beautiful, and there are plenty of great restaurants just steps away. The host was super responsive, friendly, and made everything easy. Highly recommended!

This was one of the most gorgeous places I have ever stayed. The pictures are beautiful, but it’s even better in person. The view is unmatched, and I truly shed a few tears when I saw it for the first time.🥲 Luc was a great host as well- helped us carry our bags up and was very responsive when I had a question halfway through the stay. Everything was clean, and the place was in perfect walking distance from restaurants, grocery stores, and a beautiful black sand beach! Just remember to pack good walking shoes, because the streets are not friendly to heels! 😝 Overall 10/10 stay

appartamento fantastico con tutto il necessario (e anche molto di più) in zona centrale ma tranquilla (no rumorosa, si dormiva bene ed era molto sicura). si poteva raggiungere tutto a piedi in max 20 Min, ma ci sono molti autobus molto vicini da prendere se non si vuole camminare o se dovesse fare molto caldo. mi sono spostata agevolmente da lì per tutta costa Adeje. un grazie particolare alla Host sempre molto disponibile, gentile e reattiva. lo consiglio! spero di tornarci in futuro :)

This location was perfect, especially if you're not a fan of burger bars and full English breakfast. Very traditional and unspoilt. The sound of the waves was wonderful. The apartment had everything you need, the fans were great. Bed is huge and very comfortable. Everything good quality. Local restaurants were amazing but, didn't get to try them all but we will definitely return to this resort and this place. We hired a car for the week and had no problems parking. But we said next time, we won't bother as we intend to have a more chilling week and sample the great eating places and go for walks. Thank you so much

Een prachtige villa met zwembad in een rustige omgeving. We hebben genoten van het uitzicht op de zee en ondergaande zon. Het zwembad was heerlijk om af te koelen. lekkere douches, en wij sliepen op de 1e verdieping in het prachtig verbouwde slaapkamer. we voelden ons helemaal thuis. De BBQ nog aan gehad. De restaurants zijn op 10 minuutjes lopen, evenals het strand. Vlakbij parkeren. Dit was een van de mooiste huizen die we hebben geboekt via Airbnb. Andrey bedankt voor je goede contact. Alles verliep perfect. Als we weer naar Tenerife gaan, komen we zeker terug.

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt und können diese Unterkunft nur empfehlen! Alles war sauber, und besonders die Terrasse mit dem Pool und dem Grill hat uns begeistert. Es war angenehm ruhig, und der Supermarkt sowie andere kleine Geschäfte waren schnell zu erreichen. Auch die Kommunikation mit Benjamin war super, er war sehr hilfsbereit und flexibel – wir durften sogar etwas später auschecken. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen!

The apartment from Natalia & John was great! Within walking distance from good restaurants, supermarkets and the beach. So very central but in a quiet neighbourhood. Everything we could think of was there; beach umbrellas and chairs included. They allowed us to do a late check out which was very nice. We very much recommend this house in Alcala if you want to explore Tenerife and you don’t like the big resorts and the very touristic places like los cristianos.

Wow, this Villa exceeded our expectations, particularly the outside pool area, the clean bright patio and seating areas were very comfortable - it felt bigger than we imagined and the view was beautiful. We used the BBQ one evening as it was so chilled and peaceful here. The pool was also heated so was nice to sit late evening dipping our toes. The villa itself was very clean has a brand new modern feel about it, with all the amenities you could need. The location was great for us as it was set back so it was quiet, but only a 10min drive to most places. We did often walk down to front area around 30-40mins plenty of taxis around and it was cheap to get back. Nina was lovely and welcoming greeted us at the villa making check in easy; and gave us some lovely restaurant recommendations which we ate at and loved. We would and have already thoroughly recommend this villa to friends, and if we are back in Tenerife we would absolutely love to stay here. Thank you again.

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour d’une semaine. L’arrivée de nuit n’a posé aucun soucis et je les en remercie. Je vous recommande ce logement qui est paisible et même si le quartier où il est situé n’est pas très touristique, il se situe à quelques minutes de tout et pratique si vous souhaitez visiter le nord et le sud de l’île. De plus il y a un arrêt de bus à quelques pas. Merci beaucoup pour ce séjour 🤍

La casa è grande e accogliente, molto pulita, aria condizionata in entrambe le stanze da letto, con un grande terrazzo e una piscina (condivisa) enorme. La zona è super tranquilla e sicura, si possono fare lunghe e bellissime passeggiate sul lungomare, che è letteralmente a due passi da casa, e si può fare il bagno nella Caletta naturale sotto casa. Il prezzo è adeguato a quello che offre e se dovessi ritornare a Tenerife prenoterei subito di nuovo da Sve

I stayed at this apartment in Tenerife for 5 nights and had a great experience. The beds were really comfortable, which made for a good night’s sleep after busy days exploring. The location was perfect – close to everything we needed, with shops, restaurants, and the beach all within easy reach. One of the highlights was the massive pool – plenty of space to relax and never felt overcrowded. Overall, a great place to stay and I’d definitely recommend it!

We chose the apartment for its area and view. The sunset from the balcony every evening is absolutely stunning. The apartment is small but has everything it needs, we didn’t miss anything. We stayed here for 2 weeks and felt like home :) The pool is very clean. Excellent location. There’s a shop right downstairs and many others in the area.

Also das ist wirklich schwierig zu beschreiben. Meine Frau und ich hatten in El Medano in Ihrem Apartment 10 Tage im Juni 25 gebucht. Als wir dort angekommen sind waren Bauarbeiten im Gange. Das Haus war komplett mit einem Baugerüst versehen. Gut gelaunt haben die Bauarbeiter den Balkon abgebaut und mit reichlich Zement versehen. Die Bauarbeiten sollen sich über einen Zeitraum von drei Monaten erstrecken. Nach kurzer Panik habe ich Egle angerufen. Die kam sofort und war auch sichtlich aufgeregt. Ich habe natürlich gefragt was da gerade passiert. Sie hat mir erklärt das sie selber von den Bauarbeiten ein paar Tage zuvor überrascht wurde. Ich glaube ihr, ich kenne mich in Teneriffa aus und so etwas ist hier möglich. Alles in allem hat sie sich gut um uns gekümmert und versucht das beste aus der schwierigen Situation zu machen. Deshalb kann ich Ihr nur gute Bewertungen geben. Das Apartment ist großartig wenn man dort wohnen kann.

The apartment is very beautiful. Great location — the beach is just nearby, which is amazing. Everything you need for a comfortable stay is there. And the views… just wow. Communication with the host was smooth, we even managed to check in earlier than planned. He replied quickly to all our questions. We might come back again!

Le logement a rempli toutes nos attentes avec tout ce dont nous avions besoin : cuisine équipée (avec café/thé et le nécessaire pour cuisiner), shampoing et gel douche à disposition, serviettes et serviettes de plage, literie impeccable, un balcon avec une vue magnifique, la mer à même pas 10 min à pied et une piscine à proximité !! On est ravi d'avoir passé nos vacances dans l'appartement proposé par Jose, qui plus est une personne très sympathique et arrangeante. Il est réactif et répond rapidement. Je recommande vivement !!

Alles war super! Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet. Besonders die Terrasse hat uns sehr gefallen – perfekt zum Entspannen. Der Check-in war unkompliziert, die Kommunikation freundlich und schnell. Klare Weiterempfehlung!
