Access to all its terminals is easy, both by private vehicle and by using the public transport that connects it with Malaga capital and other important municipalities in the province. Be one of the first to enjoy our recently refurbished, well appointed apartment. WIFI 500 Mb. You'll feel right at home and you don'tt need a car to get around. Our apartment has splendid views of the Marina and the sea. The apartment is on the 5th floor of building a located on the Promenade, 5 min walk from the Beach, and 5 minutes to supermarket and bars, restaurants. We are 100 metres from the Marina, the lively commercial and leisure centre, and a 20 min walk from the Carihuela.

Bonito piso de 1 dormitorio, 40m2 & terraza 60m2. Muy cosy. Tiene vista al mar y sol todo el día. Mira al oeste. Esta en una planta baja. Es lo ideal para una pareja. Bebé & niño PROHIBIDO. El edificio tiene 60 pisos. La piscina es de temporada y acogedora. Mi piso esta a un par de minutos andando del paseó marítimo & de la playa Santa Ana & el parque & las paradas de autobúses. Mi cocina esta completamente equipada. Hay 2 Aire co & todos los electrodomésticos son nuevos . Tengo WiFi 600 MB

2 bedroom apartment in a fantastic location! - 2 pools open all year - opposite the beach - walk to all restaurants & bars - high speed WiFi You will have everything for a wonderful stay including air-con/heating, kitchenette, modern bathroom with shower, washing machine & comfortable beds. Sleeps 4 people plus 1 infant. The balcony has a view of the lovely garden & pool, and the sea. There is on-site residents parking, but the location is perfect as you can walk to everything. Arroyo de la miel center and commuter train is around 500 meters away (15 min on foot). La Marina are around 15 min on foot. BIGGEST POOL IS ONLY OPEN ON SUMMER MONTHS (FROM JUNE TO SEPTEMBER)
