This apartment is situated in Minerva building close to bonanza area, around the building you can find supermarkets, bars, pubs, restaurant, chemists, five minutes walking to the Paloma Park and less than 10 minutes walking to the beach. It has some swimming pools and one of them has slides where the children can enjoy the holidays. Also is close to the city center only ten minutes walking distance.The area has parking around.
