La Pared befindet sich nur wenige Minuten mit dem Auto entfernt vom größeren Ort Costa Calma weshalb wir unbedingt ein Mietauto empfehlen.

It has various landscaped spaces with native plants, which are oriented to the different moments of maximum sunlight, and protection from the wind. It has a solarium terrace with a panoramic view, sky and stars at night. Silent and calm area, a few meters from La Playa del Viejo Rey, the best on the island for surfing and admiring its sunsets.

Very bright apartment, located in the beautiful and quiet village of Tarajalejo. The house is located less than 150 meters from the beach and its beautiful promenade. Just 3 km from Oasis Park and 10 minutes from the paradisiacal white sand beaches. The house consists of a living-dining room with air conditioning, sofa and fully equipped kitchen, both for short and long stays, a bedroom with pillows and a quality mattress, and a sunny terrace with beautiful views.

Villa Fenice is located just a few minutes walk from the white sandy beach in a well-kept and quiet residential complex, in the top row. The living room is approx. 49 m² and has a Bluray player, TV, kitchen and a spacious dining area. The large inner patio (28 m²) with private pool (17 m²) with jet stream and underwater spotlight is equipped with parasol and teakwood furniture.
