If you want to spend the whole day at sea, you can do so at the Playa Martina club or go to some of the Blue Flag beaches.

This is a fairly new condo in the gorgeous Residencia Art Project building. It’s just 3 years old. It is on the most beautiful street and best area in PDC! The extraordinary turquoise waters and pristine beach is literally seconds away by walking to the end of the street. 5th Ave is 30 seconds walking. The building features unique art such as a colorful classic car with a built in piano. There are many other surprises so that you will be sure to never forget your stay. The rooftop is incredible
