really calm area. nice apartment and cozy. netflix was cool to have for the evening. Luca was nice.. he gave us nice information and wanted us to have a good Stay. even though there was no guitar like in the picture, we enjoyed the stay also using Netflix when weather was too windy/ fresh

Simply amazing!!! The apartment had everything we could wish for. And the view- just breathtaking!! The check-in was one of the best I have ever experienced at AirBnB. Someone was already waiting for us in the street when we arrived with the taxi, so we didn’t have to search for the apartment. The contact to Rocio and her colleagues was extraordinary nice! We will 100% come back to this apartment! That’s for sure!

Really great accommodation that offers everything you need. We were there with our 11-month-old daughter and were completely satisfied. Our highlights: peace, cleanliness, comfortable beds, accessibility of the hosts, equipment such as dishwasher, washing machine, blackout options, barrier-free access, pool and construction site opposite (which was of course a highlight for our daughter and never bothered us at any time). Gladly again!

Everything was perfect. The apartment was just like in the photos, everything was taken care of in detail and impeccable. It was like being at home. The views from the terrace, spectacular. Great for relaxing listening to the waves of the sea from the tranquility of your home. The location is ideal, the area is very quiet. They are building several buildings in the area so there are works next door, but you don't hear much noise or bother. The apartment is very close to the beach and the village, you can walk everywhere. If you take a car, it's great to have parking with direct access. There is also plenty of parking space in the area. And Raquel, a sweetheart. The instructions and information you sent were very complete. She was always attentive and ready to answer any questions or queries, super friendly. A great experience, ideal for disconnecting. I'll repeat, no doubt.

We have been using Airbnb for many years around the world, and I must honestly say that we have rarely encountered a place as clean and peaceful as Carlos’s home. I highly recommend this place also for its location and safety. We will definitely return next year.

Ana's apartment is fantastic with everything you need provided. We were very happy there for a week. We especially appreciated fresh coffee and coffee maker and the water provided on arrival. The local walkable beaches are stunning and we liked the beach bar Atalaya under the Robinson hotel where you can have a nice lunch. You definitely need a car for this place as there is very little there. We did expect it to be a quiet place, but had thought there might be a bit more going on than there was . There is only one bar in walking distance to go to in the evening and a small shop. There is a nearby good restaurant - Mirabu - but it is not open every day, and the other - Atlantic restaurant - closes at 8pm! (unusual for Spain) so we never made it there. Mercadona supermarket is only a short drive so could be walkable if you didn't have a car.

Wow, wow, WOW! Thank you Yamarys for offering your beautiful apartment. It was clean, smelt fresh, nicely decorated, super close the beach but if you’re feeling lazy you can make lunch in the kitchen and sunbathe on the stunning terrace, or sit in the reading nook like I did! Comfy bed, good WiFi, all the amenities you need as well as some nice-to-haves. Lots of storage space, so we could fully unpack our two big suitcases. We wanted to find peace this week and that’s exactly what we got. Costa Calma main restaurants an idyllic walk along a promenade. Yamarys was always available, kind and thoughtful. We will definitely be back!

I highly recommend checking in to everyone! Nice and very positive Host, perfect contact, we got a lot of recommendations on what to see on the island , where to do local shopping or where to eat dinner . The owner immediately responds to messages and the apartment is located in an exceptionally picturesque location . An apartment perfectly adapted for a family with a child - the kitchenette is perfectly equipped, preparing breakfast or lunch is very comfortable. The apartment is clean and well-maintained and modernly decorated. I recommend with all my heart !!!!!

We stayed at this beautiful place for 5 days. The communication with Laura was great, always straightforward, quick and friendly. Everything was clean and there was what you need. The two of us really had a lot of space there. We were there at the beginning of the high season, but it was very quiet around us. The highlight was the heated hot tub on the terrace - really super nice, especially in the evening after a beach day. The location of the apartment is also very good. You can walk relatively quickly to the nearest supermarket, the beach of Tarajalejo or various restaurants. With a rental car, you can drive to other beaches or to shop/ shop. We can only recommend this place.

Could not recommend Irina's airbnb more! We were met by Irina's husband at check in, they allowed us to check in an hour early which was so helpful. The apartment was spotless and smelt so fresh and clean, everything you would need is in there including beach towels and chairs. Location wise it is less than 10 minutes to the beach and great restaurants making our stay so relaxed and laid back, and for the price compared to hotels in the area this was a steal. My only comment is there is no built in AC, there are some fans in the apartment. For us visiting in the end of May this was fine as the apartment keeps cool, but I don't know how it would be in the middle of summer. Wonderful stay regardless!

Laura's apartment is a true gem! Lovingly furnished, very well maintained, and spotlessly clean, it offers everything for short or long stays: spacious rooms, coziness, peace, privacy, fully equipped kitchen, large bathroom, washing machine, hi-speed WiFi, smart TV, super comfy beds, sofas, lounge furniture, and plenty of storage space. I felt instantly welcome and at home! The neighborhood is very quiet and friendly too. The huge roof terrace is an absolute dream! Perfect for working, eating, relaxing, or hanging out with priceless panoramic views of Lanzarote, Lobos Island, the harbor, and even the dunes! Wonderful peaceful location, yet just 3 min. walk to restaurants & cafés at the picturesque harbor or to the HyperDino, and 5 minutes to the first beach. Laura is such a sweetheart! Always available and helpful: the perfect host! Valerio on-site is fantastic too: reliable, responsive, friendly, and highly professional. Absolutely TOP recommendation! 💜 I love it & I'll be back ASAP!

An apartment with a beautiful view and the possibility of watching sunrises. The apartment is well-equipped and cozy. Even though it's off the beaten path, it provides good access to both the city (Costa Calma) and nature attractions (beach and lagoon).

Marta’s apartment was incredible, in a quiet area just a 5 minute walk to beach, restaurants and shops. It was so peaceful for a well needed break. Apartment in a beautiful area, our first time staying in Matagorda and it wont be our last!! Marta was so helpful, recommending places to go and always responded quickly to any Q’s I had before arriving. Bed is extremely comfy 🫶🏼 apartment was spotless, pool area clean too and sunbed also comfy. We cant wait to come back ♥️♥️♥️

It’s truly a great apartment! we stayed there last year, loved it and came back. The terrace is just amazing. Sara and Gino are amazing hosts and super responsive. totally recommended and we would definitely go back again!

Couldn’t be happier with our stay! I have now lived in 2 out of the 3 apartments next to each other and they were both great. David was very open minded and happy to help with any concerns or glassware requests of ours at a very swiftly manner. The location is 10/10 and perfect if you (like me) prefer to tan at your own crib instead of the beach! Almost don’t want to be too positive on here as I don’t want it to be sold out for my next visit 🙈 Oh also, let’s be honest, the true gem was the little landlord doggo, the highlight of my trip 100% 🐶🐾 Will be back!!

We are going back next year. The apartment had everything we needed, is tastefully furnished, well laid out and the roof terrace is superb, South facing with full sun all day but has a lovely shaded area when you’ve had enough! The only slight negative is there is quite a lot of building work going on in El Cotillo right now so expect a bit of noise through until about June 26 when the construction is completed. It won’t stop us going back to this apartment next year though !!! Daniella was superb to deal with and my wife and I had a thoroughly enjoyable holiday! El Cotillo is a fabulous chilled out very Spanish resort, exactly what keeps us coming back. If you have never visited I would suggest a car is necessary to make the most of the surrounding area. The lagoons area towards the lighthouse is some of the most tranquil sunbathing you could enjoy anywhere ! Steps beach is also amazing, head for heights required though !

john This place is stunning I felt really safe a really good deal !There is everything you could in the apartment, the pool is beautiful and is heated. The food and drinks were great really reasonable a safe place for children and families. Andrew is really helpful if you need any advice or assistance. There is a lovely spar shop and small bars and restaurants nearby . John has a great guide with everything you would need to know in case of emergencies or local knowledge . We used his recommendations for dining at night. we really enjoyed everything and will definitely return breda mc hugh.

Everything was completely in order, and Paula communicated with us daily by giving us tips on what to do and where to eat in the area. We are absolutely happy with all the recommendations and fully recommend her services and staying at her apartment.

The apartment is perfect for 2 people. Small but cozy. Very good location. Quiet but close to the beach and the main shopping street. Also close to the yellow dunes, you can go there on foot. Good contact with the owner who quickly answered our questions. I recommend!

We have stayed in this apartment previously and loved it. It’s probably a little tired looking however absolutely clean and just as we remember it. We would definitely come back again.

Lovely private apartment in a wider complex with everything you need. Quiet at the outskirts of town with views of the mountains as you step out the door. Easily walkable to the downtown area where there’s great food and lovely beaches. Good spot to drive out to other locations too.

Ana was the best host we could wish for. We were traveling with a one year old and the apartment had everything! All you need for the beach and for home. We did not miss a single thing! Ana was helpful and friendly and we just had the best time. The apartment felt like home immediately.
