Holiday rentals with a patio in Playa El Silencio, Lima

A very nice and quiet place !

The apartment is exactly as described. It was very clean and cozy. I loved the floor to ceiling windows. The super market across the treat is very convenient. My only issue is we had to rush out of our ubers because the front door to the building is on a main road, so there was always honking or angry drivers behind us when our drivers stopped to let us out. Id suggest using the address to one of the stores in the parking lot next door to avoid this.

This was hands down one of the best Airbnb experiences I’ve ever had! The host was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and went out of their way to make sure I had everything I needed. Communication was smooth from start to finish, and their hospitality made me feel completely at home. Accommodated an early check-in! The apartment itself was spotless, beautifully set up, and in the perfect location(right above a supermarket and many cafes !) close to everything I wanted to explore. One of the highlights was the rooftop pool such a relaxing spot with amazing views. If you’re visiting the area, do yourself a favor and stay here. Between the location, the comfort, and the incredible host, this place checks every box.

Couldn’t be happier with our stay at Pedro’s, location is perfect, just a 4 min walk from Larcomar and then 10 min in the other direction to Kennedy Park. Check in is super easy and the area felt safe. The apartment itself is modern and welcoming. Would happily stay again.

Amazing location, if you something when it comes to sea view go for this option. Only thing I would change is the early check out (11am), 12 or 1 pm would be better.

Look no further for a comfortable and pristine place to stay in Miraflores that is extremely affordable. The host is extremely attentive and goes above and beyond to make your stay pleasant. They were extremely flexible with our flight delays and will go out of their way to help you. The apartment is absolutely spotless and clean. The kitchen is very well equipped for cooking your own meals. I highly recommend this apartment for your stay!

Wow, what a great place! Extremely clean. Beds are very comfortable. The view is spectacular. The location is perfect and easy access to market across the street and restaurants. Security was very helpful and kind. Thank you Estefania for being a wonderful host. Wish we could have stayed longer. You won’t be disappointed.

Maria Ysabel and Carlos are very attentive and helpful. They gave clear instructions, flexible with check-in and check-out. The house is impeccable, linen towels. Nearby restaurants, markets and mall.

Charming Mrs.Maria, the beautiful house, cozy with all the comforts and facilities. A few blocks away from San Bartolo boulevard.

Everything clean and spacious, good place to spend time as a family and very friendly owners

Quiet and private environment if you are looking to rest from the noise of the city, I went with my parents and my two dogs, we had a good time! The hand-held soccer ball and the hammock were part of the things I enjoyed a lot, but I had to put on repellent first. The host Anyela is always friendly and attentive to my inquiries.

A very nice place to enjoy with the family, it had everything you needed to have a good weekend. The space is very spacious and tidy, and the host responded promptly and everything was very clear. Thank you, I recommend it.

Our stay with my family was very nice. We went to celebrate my mother's birthday and she loved the place and was very happy. Highly recommended. The place and Mrs. Lilian are very kind.

This home is absolutely stunning. The host was beyond accomofmdating and helpful. We never planned to leave to house and had no reason to. Truly enjoyed the pool, the views, and the amenities.

Waking up to that ocean view every morning was such a gift—absolutely breathtaking and the kind of peaceful you hope for on a trip. The neighborhood felt really safe and secure, which made the whole stay feel easy and relaxed. I loved having a private entrance—it gave me a sense of privacy and freedom that made it feel more like home. The in-unit laundry was clutch, especially for a longer stay—super convenient and made packing lighter a breeze. Location-wise, it doesn’t get much better. Just a short walk or quick Uber ride to Barranco, where I had incredible meals at namely Isolina and Canta Rana, and plenty of nearby cafes for great coffee and people-watching. The apartment was peaceful, stylish, and in the perfect spot to enjoy the ocean view without city noise. I’d absolutely stay here again.

Gustavo is an excellent host, he gave us quite clear and accurate information, he was aware of our needs and his treatment is very friendly, his apartment has everything you need and the comforts to spend a quiet stay, the place is well distributed, organized and impeccable, it has a beautiful view towards the beach and you can rest listening to the sea, we had a great time and we love it. If you are wanting a very convenient and Excellent location that is Safe, walkable, ect, I would highly recommend Patty’s apartment. The apartment has a great rooftop, excellent amenities, great staff, clean, and overall a great apartment. The host Patty is super friendly and goes above and beyond to make sure everything goes well and is super responsive to any needs or concerns you might have!! Again, I would highly recommend this apartment if you are staying in Barancco! This apartment really made my Lima trip so much better!

My experience was excellent. The place not only met, but exceeded my expectations: very quiet, with all the necessary amenities and an incredible view of the sea. Ideal for resting, relaxing and disconnecting from the daily pace. In addition, the host was super friendly and attentive at all times, which made the stay even more enjoyable. Definitely a place I'd love to go back to.

Good place and good location for foreigners!

We loved Elena's place. I felt very safe as a single woman traveling and when my daughter joined, we found lots of beautiful walking and restaurants to enjoy. I would definitely stay again. Miraflores was a lovely area of Lima.

Ricardo was an absolutely fantastic host. He was very proactive and gave very clear instructions on how to check in, use the electronics, etc. He even touched bases with us in the middle of our stay to check if everything was fine. His place was very clean and had a central location so it was easy to get around. One of the best stays we've had using this app!

It was a cute place right in the middle of Baranco and Miraflores. The neighborhoods have a lot to offer! However Karina is what made the trip more memorable. She was always responsive and very nice. We felt safe in the apartment and there was a helpful front desk. Would recommend to anybody for a stay in Lima.
