Bars, restaurants and blue flag beaches all within walking distance from the villa. The villa has AMAZING views of the sea, the mountains and Mojacar pueblo. The apartment has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and a capacity for 6 people. The residential complex is very quiet and ideal for resting and enjoying a few days of vacation. It has several swimming pools, a parking space, a children's playground and a play area. It is rented by the season in summer and all winter.

It's a nice and comfortable house for a relaxed family vacation. The back terrace overlooks the pool, which is accessed by stairs, and the beach is a few minutes walk away, accessible with small children. It's a wild, uncrowded beach. There is a swing park, soccer and outdoor gym.
