Great place to stay, close to everything you need.. Apartment was well stocked and comfortable!! Extremely helpful with letting me check-in early and checkout late. Would definitely stay again!!

This is the best beach house I've ever stayed in. The view is spectacular, the house is big and spacious, great for large groups and the price is extremely reasonable for the amount of people you can fit. Recommended 100% and I'll definitely be back here in the future.

We loved our stay at El Remanzo. The location is incredible, wonderful views, and the house is super comfortable. We were a big group with multiple children, but felt totally comfortable and safe in the area with our kids. Would absolutely come back here again!

Great house for large family or groups. Nice ocean view ( not of playa Redonda) but other bay next door. I love the restaurant in Aqua Resort its a huge plus!! Make sure generator is working because of random power outages !!

We’ve stayed at many houses in Hacienda Iguana and this house was by far our favorite. It’s got an amazing layout and gorgeous furniture + comfortable beds. But I’ll always remember the spectacular wrap around screened in porches on both levels. We stayed with our 4 month old and it was so beautiful to give him his midnight bottle in an Adirondack rocking chair on the screened in patio off the main bedroom…precious ‘new mom moments’ under the moon, stars, with the sound of the ocean (you can hear the waves at Panga Drops surf break). The property is located directly across the dirt road from the most secluded part of the beach. We had gorgeous evening walks at low tide sunset and came home to cook dinners in the well appointed kitchen. We had coffee by the crystal clear pool in the mornings and really enjoyed being walkable to Rancho Santanas Taqueria + the cute restaurants in Iguana. Bonus: we decided to elope! The place is just like the photos, comfortable, clean and with everything you need . Although it is not in front of the beach it makes up for it with the open and green space around , very cozy. The pool area is perfect. Would definitely be back

Carrie was extremely proactive and responsive in helpful finalizing the reservation after I made some mistakes. She and the caretakers also accommodated our late check-in, still assisting and showing the place so we could get settled quickly. The place was as described and the photos accurately represented what we received. All the rooms were clean and prepped well for our arrival. We also took advantage of some extra cooking services provided by the catchers. They accommodated our requests and we were blown away by the food and service!

I loved this home! Everything was so open & close to the beach! Sebastian made getting around easy & helped whenever we needed.

Couldn’t recommend staying at Two Ten Surf Lodge enough. The bungalow exceeded expectations and loved how spacious it was! The whole place was spotless and having two bathrooms was incredible. You can see the beach through the window and was so nice to have an outdoor patio to relax after surfing. Ben was super responsive and felt super taken care of! Super excited to stay there again.

I booked this place for 2 nights for my wife and family (8 guests) We had a great time , it rained the first day but there is space on the property to relax and stay dry. Helpful and friendly staff and a really nice Place to stay with guests. Would recommend.

I had a great time at this Airbnb. The place was close to the beach just like I wanted. The kitchen was great for cooking my own meals and it was close to a little store where I could buy anything I needed. The host was kind, responsive and helpful. I will be staying here again!

Carmen is great to communicate with and her home is beautiful. The beach is your backyard and there was security during the duration of our trip, so we felt safe the whole time. The housekeepers made us breakfast on one of the days we were there which was great. Would definitely recommend staying here.

The place is very pretty and the host very responsive. She provided an accommodation for the heat. The only downfall was that the water pressure in the showers was at a minimum which made it inconvenient for the amount of time we stayed.

Having reviewed the pictures, description, and reviews ahead of making our reservation, we were not met with any surprises. Upon our 1 week stay we were particularly impressed with the thought that went into designing and staging the home. It sits at the intersection of lush greenery and the ocean. This makes for the most breathtaking views of the ocean, sunset, birds, or even monkeys swinging on the trees at a distance. One thing with planning and cost implications that we underestimated was the key need for a vehicle to get around. However, the host proactively provided a reliable solution for this along with recommendations for local spots and activities. We will gladly stay again

The eco casita at Hacienda Iguana exceeded our expectations. It is beautifully appointed with Masaya y Co furniture - arguably the best furniture being produced in Managua currently of reforested teak and beautiful, comfortable designs. That was a very special little bonus! The kitchen is very well stocked - among the best I've had in an airbnb. No pantry foods (which I never expect) but did have a full set of glass tupperware, saran wrap/aluminum foil and good quality cookware in good condition (plus all the other basics and much more). The management team was very quick to respond to a couple of minor issues which they resolved immediately. The restaurants at Hacienda Iguana serve a very high quality of food and unique to Nicaragua not available in other parts of the country. It is our new favorate place to beach it in Nicaragua - we will be back for sure!

A peaceful and comfortable place. The ac was such a relief from the 90+ temps outside, which made sleeping so comfortable. The first night there was a power outage. We since learned this is very unusual for more than a a couple minutes. But maybe pack a little battery fan just in case. So far it's our favorite spot to stay in Guasacate. Very spacious, peaceful, and secluded.. The stars were beautiful. Ian and Sydney answered any questions we had promptly. 5 stars!

We stayed in the house next to the pool, the accommodation met all our expectations, it is very spacious, the kitchen had everything necessary to organize our meals and the views are spectacular. The rooms are a good size and well lit. We were also lucky enough to be able to participate in an event/meeting that John had organized and that included a very complete dinner in a super family atmosphere. I recommend asking John about his events and trying to coordinate your stay with one of them to live that experience too. Thank you for everything John, we will definitely be back!

Perfect beachfront cozy home you have everything you need there Just bring groceries from la colonia in Rivas we truly enjoyed it our kids did not want to leave!!! We will be back !!

We stayed in a 2 story apartment located 300 meters from the hotel there is no pool there, but the hotel administrator we indicated that we could use the hotel pool at no additional cost. We had a great time and look forward to coming back.

We were lucky to book this place in San Juan. A real gem a short walk from town with great access to everything. The house is incredible with everything that you need to have a great time - jacuzzi, BBQ, amazing kitchen all surrounded by incredible views. if you book with Tanguy, you will not be disappointed! From the very beginning, Clare and Sacha made us feel so welcome in their space. When we walked in the door, all of us did a collective gasp. The love and attention that went into building the space is so obvious. The huts are beautifully designed, and have everything that you need for a comfortable stay. The pool was awesome, and we loved swimming and rinsing in the outdoor shower. The location was great to walk to the beach. They recommended us lots of great local transportation and food options. The breakfast that their staff cooked was delicious. Overall great experience and would definitely recommend!

We stayed at this beautiful and cozy home in Las Salinas for 3 days. Three adults and a 3 year old toddler. The home is tastefully decorated with modern and rustic design with touches of native elements. Loved the local blue tile and local wood furniture. Comfy beds, linens & blankets. The A/C & water pressure was great. Filtered drinking water & basic cooking utensils are provided. Plenty of games to play with family or friends. A groundskeeper and or security guard is always on site and the property is gated. The home is close to the main paved road but there is a short drive on a dirt road. SUV recommended and 4x4 during rainy season. Zivile was great with communication prior to and during our stay. She made it a point to greet & welcome us to the home. The home was spacious and very well maintained. Overall great!
