There are restaurants, bars, and shops very close by less than 1 minute away. 1 minute bus stop and supermarkets. On the second floor, there is no elevator. Shower update (wider and higher quality) and mattress.

There is a big communal terrace as well in third floor. Its not very used so a good chance to stay there on your own.
