A nice property off the beaten path. It is a few miles out of Tamarindo with decent roads to get to the house. Beautiful nature surrounding the house. Carolina is very responsive and made our stay easy.

Lovely home near one of the best beaches in the country! We were very comfortable during our 6 day stay, with 5 adults moving around, and felt very safe. Hosts were extremely kind and communicative, answering any questions we had about activities or eating recommendations. We loved sitting outside by the pool every morning and listening to the howler monkeys and watching the iguanas. Best trip we've taken and the memories we made we will cherish forever!

There are beautiful beaches around this place. The pool is great for kids and grown ups, heated naturally by the sun, so at night it has a great temperature. The house is as described, very confortable and good beds.

We loved our week stay in Playa Hermosa. The view is amazing and the house was the perfect size for us. We loved the gym, deck and pool. Ian was super helpful with scheduling activities. The best part of our stay was definitely having Rebecca come every morning and make us the best breakfasts ever! She is a superstar and even helped us with our Spanish. We will definitely return and would highly recommend visiting!

We loved Studio Luz, the pool, the cleanliness of the place, the decor. We were lucky enough to meet the owners, very beautiful people. I highly recommend the place.

My family and I just finished staying at Casa Serena for the last month & a half and I have to say it was a life changing experience. We reconnected with nature and most importantly with ourselves. We stayed here for a month and a half so we got to really feel everything that the house and surrounding area had to offer. The area of Potrero is very safe and we felt very safe despite the seclusion of the property. The views are UNBEATABLE and the amazing breeze you get being up on that mountain is very refreshing, especially since Guanacaste is usually very warm. We have endless beautiful memories in the infinity pool. The kitchen is very well equipped to cook any type of meal. We ate at the home basically every day. The concierge team is of the highest quality with immediate responsiveness to any of our hiccups. (Note we “lived” there for nearly 50 days, so our needs were more demanding than most and the concierge team was STILL able to deliver!) Thank you Casa Serena team!

The home was not only spotless and comfortable, but thoughtfully designed with a warm, welcoming vibe that made it feel like a true tropical escape. Every detail — from the cozy furnishings to the serene outdoor area — was exactly as pictured, if not better. What really set this place apart, though, was the host’s exceptional responsiveness. Anytime we had a question or request, they replied almost instantly and went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. Their attentiveness made everything so smooth and hassle-free, which allowed us to just relax and enjoy our time. Beach front in Playa Potrero! One of four ground level units in condo. The pool and grass lawn are wonderful. The long black sand beach has baseball size and smaller rocks in the surf, but there aren’t any large rock structures in the area the waves crash. At high tide only sand is in the crashing waves. The unit has quality furniture and cookware. The grill is cleaned daily as well as general cleaning and maintenance of the common grounds. Eating out in the area is very pricey. The condo has the kitchen and outdoor gas grill to stop at the Walmart or Costco in Liberia for groceries and use the nearby San Martin Butcher for wonderful family meals!

We LOVED our stay here. Felt right at home! Extremely nice to have the extra beach and pool amenities during our stay as well as a fully stocked kitchen. We loved your daughters restaurant suggestions and visited a couple of her list. Walking distance to a beach and a several restaurants as well as a small coffee shop and market. Just overall had a great stay.

We stayed for one week. We loved how peaceful it was and the pool was much needed. The monkeys are the highlight - they come and go without any bother. Could watch them all day.

This home was exactly what I was I was looking for. Just a few days to relax and work online. Everything was immaculate. Communication with staff was quick and helped with any questions or needs. I would recommend this place to anyone. Perfect place for a family or small group to stay and enjoy this area of Guanacaste. The house had all the amenities that anyone would want. Thank you!!

Enis was our host and she was wonderful. She promptly responded to any questions or issues that we had. She was always readily available. The house itself is adorable and very clean. The pool and patio area is spectular. Everything you need is very close to the house. Some lovely restaurants, with live entertainment great food and service. and the sunsets!!Grocery stores and beaches are close as well. This was our second time staying in Potrero but our first time at Enis'. Potrero is a wonderful little town that has something for everyone. We will definitely be back for a third time.

Phenomenal stay! Stop searching and book this place—seriously. This house is absolutely spectacular—pictures don’t even come close to capturing how beautiful and serene it is. The view? Unreal. Just breathtaking. It’s only a minute walk to the beach and a charming local restaurant, and just 5 minutes to town and stores. Benton was amazing—responsive, kind, and incredibly helpful. He connected us with a private chef, in-home massages, and local excursions, making everything effortless and personal. We loved watching the wildlife—colorful frogs at night and giant lizards during the day—and the pool was the perfect temperature 24/7. This home is perfect for couples looking for total privacy, but we can’t wait to return with our kids next time. My husband and I travel frequently, and this was hands down one of the best vacations we’ve ever had. Thank you, Benton, for such an unforgettable stay. We’ll be back—and we’re already telling our friends around the world to book your place too!

What an incredible place. It’s a few minutes outside Tamarindo and Playa Flamingo and worth the drive. The place has insane views and is so unique. Would stay here again in a heartbeat. 11/10.

The view of the ocean was breathtaking and the whole house including Infiniti pool were so inviting we didn’t want to leave the house. Nice breeze most days as well. Ricardo was great at helping us arrange outings, including transportation. A car could be helpful to get around but we had a great local company that was able to take us everywhere we needed to go at a reasonable rate. The rain forest was a doable trip and there are numerous beaches within 15 minutes ride of the house. Loved our stay! It was also amazing to have breakfast included & prepared every morning and affordable dinners prepared at night as well.

The Casa Vera Vista was a beautiful villa on the cliff side over looking the bay with the most beautiful sunsets. The villa was close to the beach and great restaurants plus a good starting point for many excursions. The concierge team was always there when we needed them throughout the entire trip as well as with planning prior to arriving. The house was very clean, decorated very tastefully and had comfortable beds. The daily cleaning service was very helpful with three kiddos in tow. We had two dinners and breakfast with the recommended chefs and they exceeded our expectations, with both delicious food and friendly company. Our driver Raudy was always on time, professional and was very helpful in getting around with our busy itinerary. We definitely did a lot on our trip (zip lining, deep sea fishing, ATVs, snorkeling, rainforest, waterfalls, hot springs etc) and staying at the villa with the concierge service made it that much more special. The best AirBnB ever! I was sad to leave this incredible home away from home. It has everything you need. Usually, rentals lack the right utensils, enough plates, etc… NOT THIS PLACE! This had everything and all the nice extras. I highly recommend this home for an incredible vacation experience. We were able to enjoy all that Playa Grande has to offer plus some other wonderful excursions that were short drives away. AMAZING! Ready to come back.

Casa Rosita was amazing….. every little thing. The location, neighborhood, amenities and the furnishings. We spent so much time on the covered porch and pool in the afternoons and evenings. Having access to the beach club was a huge benefit…. We loved hanging by the pool, watching the monkeys and having cocktails. Will be back!

We had a great stay in Playa Grande with our 3 young kids! This home is great for families, and a good setup for multiple families or a large group. We stayed for a month! Elad and Carmit were just a text away to handle anything that came up quickly. The place is modern, clean and well kept! The outdoor space is wonderful, it’s an easy walk to the beach and restaurants, and a quick drive to Tamarindo or other beaches and activities. We can’t express enough how awesome the beach is here, not overly crowded like Tamarindo. Carmit helped book transportation, sent lots of recommendations and was just beyond helpful during our stay. We love Playa Grande and this home. Looking forward to staying there again and seeing Carmit!

We were delighted with the comfort, the residence was definitely what we were looking for to rest. The only drawback was that on the last day the pool had a malfunction, but our hosts immediately got in touch and we were able to fix it. We would definitely come back

This is a beautiful home. It was just the right size for our family of 4. There are lots of restaurants close by, a small market, and several beaches are just a couple minute drive. We didn’t walk because we had little ones, but walking to the restaurants would be safe. We saw lots of locals and tourists walking the area. There are no gas stations in the town so come prepared. The kids loved playing in the backyard and pool. This place does have an extensive security system with lots of cameras everywhere but we just ignored them. Didn’t see any inside just the front and back yard. We were delayed at check in and the caretaker waited almost two extra hours for us so that was appreciated. At checkout the caretaker will come get the keys so be sure and allow time for this and communicate check out time before the morning of. Overall, very much enjoyed our stay.

My husband and I started off our honeymoon at The Spyglass. The views are incredible and we absolutely love Ocotal Beach and Father rooster. They have excellent ceviche!!! Super fresh and we own a seafood company so we know fresh! The pool was beautiful. The bed comfortable. Good water pressure. Powerful AC splitters in the bedrooms. We were very comfortable at Spyglass and definitely plan to go back. Cherie was extremely helpful answering any questions I had. She was very quick to respond.

The house was amazing, everything we needed and more, the beach access was on point, the pool the kids enjoyed to the fullest, I slept on the hammock all 5 nights there, not one mosquito bite, the breeze and sounds of the waves were out of this world, waking up to all the birds sounds and ocean was an amazing to me, Vanessa was fabulous and very nice and on top of all beautiful 😍 I recommend this house like no other and will come back next year for sure. PURA VIDAAAAAA!!!!
