The one-bedroom apartment has room for four people, a master bed in the bedroom and a sofa bed in the living room. It is designed for a couple or a couple with one or two children who want to enjoy a quiet stay in a residential and exclusive area, close to all the areas of interest in the town of Marbella. It has a 44 square meter terrace overlooking Marbella's iconic and emblematic mountain "La Concha". A Beautiful modern apartment completely renovated, located on the Golden Mile with direct access and less than a 5-min walk to the famous beach, Playa Fantástica, and a 10-min walk to P Banús. The apartment is 65 m², has 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, and a terrace with partial views of the sea and the exclusive Golden Mile of Marbella. It has community parking, garden, and a pool. From June to Oct, reservations are only accepted weekly, from Friday to Friday, with a min stay of 7 nights.
