Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Playa San Bartolo, Lima Province

We stayed during my son's marriage and it was a wonderful experience. The house was spacious, very clean, with lawn, swimming pool and a spectacular ocean view. Mr. Alejandro and his assistant were very helpful and kind. Ideal for special moments. Recommended!

Quiet and private environment if you are looking to rest from the noise of the city, I went with my parents and my two dogs, we had a good time! The hand-held soccer ball and the hammock were part of the things I enjoyed a lot, but I had to put on repellent first. The host Anyela is always friendly and attentive to my inquiries.

Camila's place is a good place to rest as a family and it's petfriendly! you can do table football, grill and campfire tournament! we had a great time at the weekend. Communication with Camila is quick and has the info on hand, very much lends itself to everything you need during your stay. Thank you very much!

We stayed for a few nights in Michelle’s incredible unit. It’s an amazing location, a very home-y unit, and a great place to be for a few nights. Michelle is a very kind host, I’ll definitely be back again!

The apartment of Renee and Marion is spectacular, overlooks the beach and the area is very quiet and safe. The duplex is spacious and comfortable, very well maintained and practically new. The kitchen and super well-equipped rooms. It is too incredible that each room has its own bathroom and additional has a guest bathroom, I think that Allow guests to have privacy in each space. I think the apartment can even be a success when the weather is more temperate because the environment is too relaxing. We will be back for sure!

The house was very nice, clean and tidy. My little ones had a lot of fun, it was easy to get there. Especially ivonne's friendliness and how easy it is to communicate with her. I highly recommend it.

We stayed at Rodrigo's house for a week, with two adults and one dog, aiming to get some time away from Lima while working remotely. Though the WiFi wasn't reliable for work, our own Starlink terminal worked great. The house was perfect for our needs. We appreciated the AC and little creature comforts, including a BBQ we frequently used. Our dog loved the large yard, and the pool was refreshing. We only left the property once for lunch, as there wasn't much within walking distance. We requested additional cleaning and some cooking mid-week, and Edith came to help with both, which we appreciated. One concern was the surveillance cameras inside the house. Though the host assured us they were off, it felt less private. Overall, we enjoyed our time at Rodrigo's house, relaxing and making the most of the house, pool, and yard.

The house is perfect for a family weekend. It has all amenities. We had a lot of fun using the wood oven, the Ping pong table, etc. Highly recommended and Juan is an excellent host.

Nice apartment in a small 3-storey building by the sea. Quiet place because it is a non-through street, a little set back from the main road. After having a problem with a lock, a person arrived in 10 minutes to solve the incident. Very good responsiveness.

We spent a few incredible days in Pulpos. The place was spotless, super organized, and one of the greatest pleasures was listening to the ocean waves from the place, a lot of peace was breathed. The host was very responsive and flexible. We were able to work remotely without problems thanks to the good internet. A great plus was that they accepted our pet, Rockito, who also enjoyed the place a lot. Would definitely recommend this house and come back enchanted 🫶🏽

We really enjoyed this little place. It's a little back from the street, so very quiet for Lima (and Barranco). There is a small terrace and everything you need to cook. Great location too, a few minutes walk from the center of Barranco on one side and Miraflores on the other side. The accommodation is clean and the bed comfortable (relatively firm). There are some small details that could be renovated in the property, but nothing we didn't like. The staff at the entrance to the building is very welcoming, they helped us with our luggage and we felt very safe. Check-in was very easy too and they even allowed us to leave our luggage at the entrance before check-in time, which allowed us to go to check in without our suitcases before entering the accommodation.

Ivan’s apartment was just as described. It was just right for our needs, it was walkable and everything was no more than a few blocks walk. The apartment is on the 12th floor of the building and during our stay there was a fire alarm that went on for about 15 mins causing us to exit the apartment via the stairs. The apartment had a comfortable bed and was just as described. I didn’t use the amenities. There was always a guard/attendant at the front desk.

Place is just like the pictures…beautifully decorated, super clean and location is perfect.

We loved the apartment. It’s locales in great place, with tons of great restaurants and coffees. The amenities of the building are also great!

Marisol’s apartment is a great place to stay in Barranco. It is very close to the main square & great restaurants (like a 5min walk). The terrace is the highlight of- large & comfortable. The rest of the apartment is also well appointed with a large couch & dining area. Marisol was very nice to communicate with and helpful. Check in & check out was very easy. One thing to note: the apartment is close to a larger street, so you can hear the traffic (i.e. might want to bring earplugs for sleeping).

I'm glad that this place is available for visitors to experience the area. Its great. You might not find as much cookware as other places but it has what you could use for a quick breakfast meal. It's is a good area to check out the restaurants which is what you have to try out mainly. Good stay and friendly people

Nice duplex. Very well equipped. Nothing that is missing from this apartment. Very well located, in a fairly safe condominium, with several amenities and very friendly staff, just 3-4 blocks from the beach and a block away is a market that takes you out of trouble every day. Ideal for spending a few days with the family. Milagros and her husband super friendly, always attentive to everything we needed. Highly recommended!!!

It was super peaceful and beautiful. It kind of felt like a private island. No complaints.

Good floor plan but a small bathroom. Unfortunately, the apartment did not have Claro cable TV, so I did not have access to English speaking channels and news.

The apartment is the same as shown in the photos. It was clean and nice. The host's service was perfect, he always helped us and the instructions to enter were easy.

Fantastic stay. Sincere, welcoming hosts that really made me feel at home. Would certainly recommend.
