My friends and have stayed in various Air B & B's but we all said that this was the nicest. It was more than we typically paid in the past, but worth it for this holiday. There was plenty of room for us to sit and relax, read and listen to the waves. Since we visited off season it was typically very quiet. There was some construction in front of the building but the noise impact was minimal. We had an issue with the kitchen sink and the host responding quickly and the problem was resolved in 24 hours. The laundry sink had hot water so we could wash dishes without a problem. The wifi was without incident with 3 users. There were lots of places to walk and the small town had good restaurants and coffee shops. We were able to buy the groceries that we needed. The kitchen had an air fryer which was a great option for cooking. Thank you for a lovely stay!

El condominio y el departamento están en excelente estado, bien cuidados y equipados para una estadía cómoda y placentera. Un verdadero gusto llegar a un lugar así. La cocina está muy bien equipada, con un excelente refrigerador con dispensador de hielo y agua, cafetera filtrada y más. Los televisores tienen aplicaciones de streaming habilitadas (usé Netflix, Amazon Prime Video y Disney+ sin problemas), y los equipos de sonido son de muy buena calidad. La decoración y el mobiliario crean un ambiente acogedor. El condominio funciona impecablemente, con instalaciones operativas, piscinas bien mantenidas y un restaurante práctico. Algunos detalles a considerar: el estacionamiento es algo justo (Toyota Rav4 con 20 cm de margen por lado). Los fines de semana hay más gente, pero el control de uso en la piscina familiar permite rotación y buen acceso. Destaco la comunicación con Giancarlo, siempre atento y rápido en responder. En resumen, una excelente estadía en un hermoso lugar.

Great place and location. Barranco was walkable and quick uber rides to Miraflores. Sunsets from the rooftop were amazing. Stayed for 3 weeks and was able to work from apartment with great WiFi.

Wonderful stay. Beautiful apartment, with an incredible view of the water. Close walk to everything you could want. Easy communication with the hosts, and couldn’t recommend this place more for anyone visiting Lima.

Desde que se reservo, hasta que se termino la estadia, siempre tuvimos una respuesta rapida de Roiki, la atención que daba y su amabilidad nos hacia sentir como en casa. Lugar tranquilo, limpio y todo en orden. Muy Recomendado.

Her warm and friendly personality truly made us feel at home. A special shoutout to her mom, Sarah, who went above and beyond to ensure we were enjoying ourselves. She checked in regularly and made us feel so cared for during our stay. Both Jessica and Sarah created an atmosphere of genuine hospitality. Excellent beach front house with beautiful views, very clean, great host, I would definitely stay here again

El departamento de Renee y Marion es espectacular, tiene vista a la playa y la zona es muy tranquila y segura. El duplex es amplio y cómodo, muy bien mantenido y prácticamente nuevo. La cocina y habitaciones súper bien equipadas. Es demasiado increíble que cada habitación cuente con su baño y adicional tenga un baño de visitas, creo que eso Permite a los huéspedes tener privacidad en cada espacio. Creo que el departamento incluso puede ser un éxito cuando el clima esté más templado porque el entorno es demasiado relajante. Volveremos segurísimo!

El lugar es ideal para un grupo de amigos. La isla de la cocina te invita a tener charlas con los demás mientras cocinas y hay todos los implementos necesarios. Los cuartos son cómodos y la decoración nos gustó mucho, es muy acogedora. La casa es muy cómoda y el patio le da un plus. El único problema fue que no había agua caliente y tuvimos que calentarnos agua y también la entrega de la llave fue un poco complicada pues requirió que asumamos algunos costos para tenerlo, pero nada realmente que opaque la gran atención de Roxana. De verdad que recomendamos el lugar y agradecemos la amabilidad y flexibilidad de Roxana.

María was AMAZING! Such a lovely, caring lady ready to help with anything we needed. Her place was amazing for my family and the beds were so comfortable!!!! I would definitely stay there every time I go to Lima with my family. It’s near many stores, restaurants! We loved it ! If we could give 10 starts she will get them all! Thanks Maria!

O apartamento é muito bom, com uma ótima localização. Destaco a cama que é excepcional e o atendo do Rafael que sempre respondeu muito rápido e deu várias dicas de cafés e restaurantes. Recomendo e voltaria outras vezes.

If you are wanting a very convenient and Excellent location that is Safe, walkable, ect, I would highly recommend Patty’s apartment. The apartment has a great rooftop, excellent amenities, great staff, clean, and overall a great apartment. The host Patty is super friendly and goes above and beyond to make sure everything goes well and is super responsive to any needs or concerns you might have!! Again, I would highly recommend this apartment if you are staying in Barancco! This apartment really made my Lima trip so much better!

Lindo duplex. Muy bien equipado. Nada que sea necesario le falta a este departamento. Muy bien ubicado, en un condominio bastante seguro, con varias comodidades y personal muy amable, a solo 3-4 cuadras de la playa y a una cuadra se un market que te saca de apuros todos los dias. Ideal para pasar unos días en familia. Milagros y su esposo super amables, siempre atentos a todo lo que necesitábamos. Muy recomendable!!!

Apartamento: Totalmente equipado su cocina, los espacios tal y cual las fotos, muy fresco privado y tranquilo. Impecable en cuanto a limpieza. Ubicacion: muy buena, cerca a varios restaurantes y supermercados. Host: victor es muy amable, atento y buena persona. Responde muy rápido! Ricardo was an absolutely fantastic host. He was very proactive and gave very clear instructions on how to check in, use the electronics, etc. He even touched bases with us in the middle of our stay to check if everything was fine. His place was very clean and had a central location so it was easy to get around. One of the best stays we've had using this app!
