Spectacular view and very communicative and helpful host. Highly recommended!

Great place right in front of the beach. You will enjoy a beautiful sunrise and the warm water of the beach. Since this place is right next to the beach, people can congregate in front of the building, and be a little bit loud to not fault of the property owner. Regardless this place is an awesome and safe place to stay. I loved it and I would stay there again.

Un lugar hermoso para desconectarte y descansar, los empleados muy atentos y amables, te brindan apoyo con todo lo que necesites. Durante mi estancia llovió muy fuerte y se fue la luz en la localidad, siempre nos apoyaron para mantener fresco el medicamento de mi mamá y para que tuviéramos iluminación. Definitivamente regresaría, la estancia es cómoda y hermosa.

Casa Conti felt like our private oasis on the beach. We loved swimming in the pool or just relaxing at the edge as we watched the waves roll in. The AC made the bedrooms very comfortable to sleep in at night. During a couple days of our stay, we didn’t even leave the house except for a walk on the beach. The nearby restaurants will deliver right to the house if you’d like. We all loved Casa Conti and highly recommend it as a home base while exploring the beach towns along the Oaxaca coast.

Very relaxing house with easy access to the beach. The pool is amazing and we were able to fully relax during our stay. I will return here in the future. The host and staff were extremely friendly and helpful.

El lugar esta hermoso y súper anfitrión, estuvo al pendiente todo el tiempo y el lugar estaba increíble a la orilla del mar. Los cuartos totalmente privados y lindos

Increíble lugar para relajarse, prácticamente parecía que la playa era solo para nosotros, super bonita, limpia, buena comida de los negocios cercanos. La casa en muy buenas condiciones, el aire funcionaba super bien y las camas suuper cómodas. Los host super atentos y amables. Amamos nuestras vacaciones y volveríamos a regresar sin dudarlo (:

Es un lugar muy tranquilo y privado con una vista increíble! Es mejor que en las fotos. Tuvimos que movernos en taxi para llegar al pueblo, pero el bugalow está muy bien equipado, la cama es cómoda, el baño es amplio, cuenta con dos mesitas en el balcón y sillas para descansar viendo el mar. Bajamos a la playa, caminamos de 10-15 minutos. La piscina estaba en mantenimiento, sin embargo nos lo comentaron con anticipación.

Estancia agradable. Ana Laura es una excelente host, siempre pendiente de todo y con mucha iniciativa y paciencia. La propiedad está un poco descuidada pero en general fue una buena experiencia.

El lugar es tal cual en las fotos , no le pides nada , unas vistas increíbles , vecinos muy cordiales y atentos , Alan estuvo siempre al pendiente de cualquier cosa que ocurriera , vale la pena el alojamiento cuenta con todo as las amenidades mencionadas la alberca siempre está a buena temperatura realmente es un lugar para volver a regresar sin ningún problema

Our stay at Casa Rosemary was exceptional. The location is fantastic, situated in a quiet and scenic neighborhood that allowed us to easily walk everywhere, making our stay convenient and enjoyable. The kitchen was top-notch. Everything we needed was readily available. The main floor flex space, including the kitchen, patio, and pool area, was truly outstanding. It made gathering, eating, and hanging out so easy and comfortable. It was the perfect size for our group and provided a great space for relaxation and fun. Cleanliness was impeccable. The beds were very comfy, and everyone slept great. There was plenty of room for our group of six to be together or find space alone. The furniture and decor were beautiful and luxurious. The hosts were kind, responsive, and able to answer all our questions quickly, both before we arrived and throughout our stay. They provided clear instructions and recommendations, making our experience hassle-free! We enthusiastically recommend!

It’s the nicest, most upscale property on the beach. It has fantastic views as it is on a mountain slope over looking the beach. The only thing i would caution is that if you walk to town a lot you will be doing a lot of stair climbing which could be difficult for older people. The staff and owners are exceptional and go out of their way everyday to make sure you have everything you need and are happy! Carlos and Issac get a special shout out for their over the top customer service and making us feel like family! First Class operation on every level. Highly recommend!!

I don’t think we’ve ever stayed at an Airbnb this well stocked! The kitchen, bathrooms, and living spaces had everything you need and more. We felt right at home here. The views are incredible, the beach is quiet, and the resort is very convenient. One thing to note: there are a lot of stairs to climb from the pool area back up to the condo, with no elevator. The result is amazing views, but someone with mobility issues may struggle. Aviel is very responsive and helpful. Thanks for a great stay!

Beautiful rustic charm with access to the beachfront. Beach is known for it’s rip tides, so swimming is not advised.

This place was AMAZING. The view was even better than the photos, truly a paradise. The property felt very safe and the guys working security at the front gate were also great. Loved that we could get water jugs for the in-unit water station and not have to worry about buying bottles from the store every day. Already talking about coming back to this spot again with friends ◡̈

This place is dreamy! Waking up next to the beach is incredible. The whole house is very big excellent for groups or a romantic get away. A little far from town but that’s part of the charm. Lonely beaches and long walks along the beach at sunset are highly recommended. We hired the chef and her cooking saved the trip! Definitely chose that option, it is definitely necessary. There’s no AC but lots of fans are available. Highly recommend this place.

We booked this room after staying a few nights in a studio at Soiree, and we are really glad we did. The amenities in this room do not compare to the other room. We had a water cooler that chilled the water, two TVs, much more space and cookware. It was night and day. If you are staying longer (we were there a week), I would highly recommend getting one of the larger rooms. You won't be disappointed. Several times we enjoyed getting into the splash pool to cool off and various people would make food to sell on-site (tacos/Caribbean bowls) which was handy if you didn't want to venture out. There are several places close by to grab food: Noga, Alquimista, Bacco, Samsara, Orale, Maquil, Cosmic are all within a 5-minute walk. The fish in tomato sauce at Bacco is probably the best I've ever had! The town is nearby, as well, with many more options.

Adelina y Scott fueron muy amables en recibirme de último minuto por cambios en mi reservación original. El alojamiento es super bonito y cuenta con lo suficiente para pasar unos días, hay lo suficiente para cocinar, hacer café y usar el wifi sin problemas además que el mosquitero de la cama me protegió muy bien por las noches. La zona es muy tranquila y es un lugar apto para estar en la naturaleza y desconectarse... de un lado hay suficiente playa virgen para caminar por un rato y del otro lado hay algunos restaurantes a unos cuantos minutos. Me comentaron que hay algunas tiendas de abarrotes cerca pero ya llevaba despensa así que no tuve oportunidad de comprobarlo.

We had a great stay! Being on the beach made it so easy for everyone to do their own thing! House was great. Lived eating outside every meal. Staff were so helpful and friendly. We would definitely come back!

A wonderful stay from start to finish. The apartment was immaculate—clean, spacious, and thoughtfully designed with modern touches throughout. The host was exceptional: incredibly responsive, attentive, and genuinely helpful with any questions or needs. The property itself is stunning, and the pool area is absolutely beautiful—perfect for relaxing. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience and will absolutely stay here again.

Stellar beyond words. The Host's, Dan & Sonia, have done a remarkable job fashioning their property to insure a memorable stay. Immaculate, pristine, unblemished, and gleaming. Superior quality linens throughout, a quiet environment, and wonderful location. The on-property staff are very responsive, kind, and anxious to please. The helpful staff will summon a taxi, and we never waited for more than a handful of minutes; a short 40 pesos ride to most locations in La Crucecita and surrounding areas. We are anxious to return for a visit and look forward to enjoying this host's hospitality once again. As I read this review, I hope one of you don't book the condo for when we wish to return. This is a great place to stay. Sharon's suite was awesome, clean and great size. Very comfortable. Really nice to use the resort facilities as well. Staff was great, gym was well equipped, pools and beach chairs all great! The beach was definitely one of the nicest in area. Great local restaurants available but easy to walk or take cabs in to La Crucecita. Would definitely recommend to rent this unit and would go back for sure.
