Holiday rentals with beach access in Playacar Beach

We felt very comfortable. The apartment is not far from 5th Ave. The beach is also within walking distance. We also liked that there was a pool in the residential complex. The area is safe and the neighborhood is very nice and friendly.

I saw good reviews before deciding to stay at the accommodation and I can confirm that it is worth staying here. First of all, the room is quite comfortable, very tidy, everything is impeccable, in short I was delighted, everything matched the photos and the description, it is well worth the price I paid, and if you go up to the rooftop in the afternoons you can take good photos and see a beautiful sunset. The hosts were attentive to me every second I was there, answering the questions I had. I can definitely say that I really enjoyed my stay here, the location is perfect, very close to Fifth Avenue, and I can safely say that this is my new favorite Airbnb in Playa del Carmen. I hope the hosts give me the opportunity to stay again, I highly recommend it.

Honestly, it was awesome! The place is very nice, it has parking, a pool, a terrace and a grill (which we didn't use, but they are great). The only bad thing was that I couldn't use the washing machine — hehe — it would be great if it was available, especially if you stay several days. The internet suddenly went out, but other than that, everything was fine. I recommend it, a beautiful place with beautiful views!

We historically been resort people in Mexico. Took a chance on an Airbnb and let me tell you - NO REGRETS. Do it now! Great value, amazing restaurants to walk to, safe and there is a great roof top pool with cash bar. You’ll have the resort experience with a much better value. Thank you to our host.

Wow, BOOK it now! We loved our Spring Break retreat here. The sprawling house is amazing. It was perfect for our 2 families (9 ppl - 4 adults, 5 teen or preteens). We had enough room to spread out but all connect in the amazing spots throughout the property. The house setup gives lots of flexibility to accommodate variety of guests. The porch is awesome. The pool and waterfall are relaxing. The cenote is truly uniques. The support team (Ruth - housekeeper and Rafael - handyman, grounds) are a superb extra perk. We coordinated for a bfast and dinner by Ruth and perfecto. They treat the property and guests with real caring. The location is convenient for all types of activities. We couldn't have asked for more and highly recommend.

If you are looking for a comfortable and peaceful stay, this is a place for you! The house is located at the end of a quiet street in a beautiful neighborhood. It has easy access to the Playa Car beach which is usually less crowded than other beaches in Playa. The host provided chairs, umbrella and beach towels, making beach trips even more pleasent. Communication with the host was absolutely perfect, she even came to meet us, which we appreciated very much. The house has a great collection of books, from Mayan culture and wildlife to mystery novels to read when relaxing by the pool. Overall, this was a perfect vacation. Our stay at Casa Jaybird was amazing. We spent a month here and could have easily stayed longer. The location really can't be beat - a super quiet street right off 5th Avenue and walking distance to the beach. But for being so close to all the action, the home felt so private when you were inside. Elizabeth was always responsive and quick to answer our questions, and Samuel was always so kind and happy to help with anything around the house. We have young children so we had white noise machines in all the bedrooms, so we didn't have any concerns with the noise as some reviews mention. There was some construction nearby during the day but truly nothing that really bothered us. We'll be back!

This was my second time staying with Ronn! It was so great the first time that I had to come back! 1. The condo is beautiful with a gym and rooftop pool. Inside the condo building there is a jungle setting that’s stunning! 2. It’s walking distance to the beach in a few minutes and steps away from coffee, breakfast, groceries, food and a quiet spot with live music. 3. It’s on the quiet end of 5th ave so you’re not dealing with the party animals but close enough to walk down for night life if you choose. 4. Ronn allowed a late checkout for my late flight. However, if another guest was checking in you can leave your bags with the secure front desk. This is the best place to stay in Playa!!

Would definitely come back!!! Fantastic host - kind, informative & wonderfully hospitality. We loved this beautiful place & options on site for private cenote, Mayan ruins, and short walk to the beach. Perfect in case we didn't get out to explore. I chose Playa del Carmen because it's half way between Cancun & Tulum yet fairly easy to get to the airport. We went to Edin cenote which was fun, refreshing & close by, in Tulum we enjoyed a completely different vibe, and ran out of time to snorkel in Akumal. The 3 seperate bedrooms are each spaced well for privacy. There was a very nice oven/stove to cook meals on which we did 50% of the time and we really enjoyed the variety of restaurants with great service nearby. Our favorite breakfast was at Lara & Luca. Unexpected: The Mall in walking distance, super friendly people, and how much we loved seeing wildlife by the pool: spider monkeys, caoti, and iguanas in the trees with turtles and agouti on land. Super nice accommodation with a private jacuzzi, the penthouse is like the photos. The street was under construction and we did not have access to the parking lot. The host refunded us the amount we paid to park. This was greatly appreciated, even if it was beyond his control. The host was very responsive and responded quickly. I highly recommend!!!

I didn't spend much time at Daniel's place, but it had everything I needed and expected. Was grateful for his hospitality. Very proactive in messages and willing to help.

Great apartment in a nice condo complex. It’s worth noting that if you’re after beach time to note that Playa del Carmen and that coast gets a lot of seaweed from May thru August apparently, so be prepared for the smell and not using the sea much. The apartment is wonderful, well lit, very spacious and well equipped. The host is very responsive. The pool setup is great, added bonus having same shade over the pool. Staff at the complex are fantastic. Overall we enjoyed our stay here

We were amazed with such a great area! From the moment that we turned to our street, everyone was flabbergasted, we could see the beach and the beautiful water. Our building had a safe underground garage. It was actually at walking distance. A lot of shops and restaurants in front and all around our location. We found a wonderful coffee place, AHOCACAO. Ask the locals, they’ll recommend great taco stands. Pharmacies and convenience stores literally next door to us. If you need tour guides, they’re posted in all over. Oh, the farther that you walk, the cheaper the souvenirs will be. You can also exchange money in front of a convenience store til 9pm. The area felt very safe. We never felt that there was anything to be on the on the lookout about. We could not believe that we actually were so lucky to choose this location! A plus is that our check in time was 3, but they allowed us in at 2:30. If you choose this location, you’ll have fantastic hosts and an unforgettable experience

We had a pleasant stay with Edith, the location was excellent for anywhere we wanted to go, it was accessible at check-in time as well as communication with her, she was always attentive.
