Beautiful apartment in the best location!

The apartment is located in the shopping area just steps from the best beach in the north of the island. Also very close to the best stores and restaurants. During the evenings it is a quiet and safe place, away from the noise of bars and clubs. The apartment is in perfect condition, recently completely remodeled. It has two rooms with air conditioning, two full bathrooms (with shower), a living room, a dining room and a small fully equipped kitchen.

Built in 2016, located in San Luis area 15-20 min by car from the airport .You can relax, away from the hustle and bustle in the Centro. You will enjoy the sea view from the second floor balcony. You have access to the private beach located just across the street or walk 10 min to the beach of the San Luis Decameron. You can easily go wherever you want, the bus stop is right on the street corner.
