The distance to the Playmobil Funpark is approximately 1.9km. A bus stop is located at the height of the house, and an S-Bahn station is located in the nearest town ( 1,1 km ). In just 15 minutes you can take the S-Bahn to reach Nuremberg's main station and from there easily by metro the Messe Nürnberg.

The small, cozy 1-room apartment is located in a rural area, which still has optimal connections to public transport and is therefore centrally located. Residential house is located on the street in a 30s zone. You have to expect a little traffic noise. By car it is about 5 minutes to Fürth to the city center, to Nuremberg it takes about 15 minutes. The apartment is really small! Approx. 18 sqm of living space! With 2 people a little tight!

The room is suitable for four people plus toddler. In the living/sleeping area there is a large double bed and a pull-out sofa bed for two persons. A travel cot for a toddler can be added on request.
