Holiday rentals with a patio in Plaza Midwood, Charlotte

Myself and 3 others stayed here for a few days during the week while we were in town for a conference. The home accommodated all of us comfortably and the community was quiet and peaceful.

Great stay! Clean, neat and everything was as described in the listing. Would defiantly stay again if in the city. Host was very helpful and responsive throughout the week.

Great apartment! We came for the Lovin' Life Music Fest; it was about a 20 minute, easy walk. Plenty of space in the apartment, beds were comfortable, couch was slightly on the small side, but there were only 2 of us, so it was fine. The key fob wasn't left in the lock box upon our arrival, but I reached out and was responded to in about 10 minutes and he was able to let us in. Definitely would recommend this place and if we come back to the festival, I would stay here again!

Exactly what we were looking for! Walkable to noda. Super easy and everything went smooth aside from being locked out because we accidentally locked the door knob instead of just the deadbolt. Jose and his wife drove out at soon as they could to let us in, which was so kind. But just a note for future guests, don’t lock the door knob.

This Airbnb was absolutely luxurious and incredibly clean. It’s clear that a lot of care goes into every detail — each bedroom was spotless, and the bathrooms were pristine. The host was always attentive and helpful, providing us with great recommendations on places to visit and things to do in Charlotte. I also want to highlight their kindness and hospitality, which made our stay even more enjoyable. We truly loved the place and highly recommend it — not only because of its quality, but also because of its perfect location. Everything was within walking distance! I highly recommended this place.

Ryami was a fantastic host. The accommodations were very comfortable and close to transit. The host was so responsive and made sure everything was taken care of. I would definitely look for availability here when I’m in the area again.

Highly recommend! Quinsia was a great host, communicated check in details, checked in the next day to make sure we were doing well, very attentive! Everything was very clean and comfortable. Perfect location to walk to events in uptown! Would return if we are in Charlotte in the future.

Emily and Cory’s are amazing and always responsive and let me tell youuuuu… their place was absolutely GORGEOUS! The plants, the bathroom, the color & decor.. made it feel homey. The place was clean, from top to bottom, and was quiet.. which we loved. The check in & out instructions was easy to understand, and was made it a smooth transition for both. They left tons of recommendations in a book from food, to breweries, even transportation.. which we checked out a few of their recommendations and absolutely loved them. You’re about 1-2 miles away from the life of downtown Charlotte, which is a cheap uber/lift ride, but also a great place to go to find live entertainment/food. We had an absolute blast, and can’t wait to stay again. Thanks for making our weekend a blast, and one to remember 😌

I wish we could’ve stayed longer. We got Juan’s place for 2 nights and it was a great stay. The home was very clean and everything we needed was available in the home and kitchen . I am a cook and I usually have to stock up on spices and then end up leaving them because I don’t need them at home. But I was pleasantly surprised at the array of seasonings on the cabinet. (Might not mean much to many, but it’s the little things.) We had planned on getting out on the 2nd day, but we were having so much fun playing family games and enjoying the outdoor activities that we stayed at the Airbnb the entire time with the kids. I would definitely stay here again.

Cute little place for a trip to CLT! Area felt safe, it was well described and looked like the photos. Had everything you need and Nicole is a great host.

We had a great stay. Rhonda was very responsive and allowed us to check in a bit early. That was appreciated! The home was exactly as seen in the pictures. It was clean and comfortable. It has an awesome kitchen if you like to cook. The neighborhood was great and very walkable to NoDa restaurants. I would definitely stay here again.

Great host! Fast and clear communication. Easy to access and instructions were simple. The home was beautiful! Peaceful, with lots of wonderful art and natural lighting. Comfortable beds. Featured a gorgeous backyard which was very dog friendly. Everything was as described/pictured. This was a lovely stay— would definitely return and even try other properties by this host. We absolutely enjoyed our stay! Such a beautiful home and you don't even feel like you are in the city. Close to everything and private enough to enjoy your own space. Like others say the pictures don't do justice for this home. The backyard is beyond beautiful & very relaxing. We will definitely be back soon! Hot tub is a BONUS!

I have been around Charlotte for a couple of weeks and this was the best place I have stayed in since I have been here!!!! For an apartment this was great! Everything you want and need was there. This was like being at home just in a different place. I would rent this place for a month for sure!

We loved our stay at the Zen Den! The space was cute, quiet, and cozy—absolutely perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring Charlotte. It’s in a peaceful, walkable neighborhood and close to some of the city’s best restaurants, breweries, museums, and greenways. Everything was thoughtfully designed and well-maintained. We highly recommend staying at the Zen Den and would absolutely book again!

This place is wonderful. Centrally located with lots to walk to. Inside, the space was cozy and clean and the WiFi strong. Audrey was kind enough to let us check in early and check out late. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Charlotte and in this apartment. 10/10!

Great location with a Harris Teeter and CVS with in walking distance. The shopping center with other stores. This 2 bed/2 bath unit on the first floor was perfect. Easy parking and quiet
