Jolie petite maison ancienne entièrement rénovée située dans le bourg d'Argenton, à 3 minutes à pied du port et 7 minutes à pied de la plage. Jardin entièrement clos orienté plein sud, dans une impasse avec peu de passage. L'entrée dans la maison se fait par une petite véranda qui donne sur une grande pièce ouverte et lumineuse avec salon et cuisine toute équipée. A l'étage se trouvent deux chambres, une salle d'eau et des WC séparés. Idéal pour une famille de 4 personnes.

Former renovated farmhouse, our cottage is located 400 meters from the first beach in a quiet street and little pass of the village. The garden not overlooked offers a play area for all the family. It is a simple and warm place, close to the GR34 for hikers and beaches for water sports (surfing, kitesurfing and diving) you can spend a beautiful holiday a few steps from the Aber Benoit.

You'll love my place because of its original decor, its location in 5 minute walk to the beach and quiet. My place is good for couples, families (with kids), and the furry friends, the garden being enclosed. Extra bed sheets and towels Packages of 15.00 euros for 2 people and 5 euros per extra person Electricity and water are also extra.
