Nestled in the emblematic Santiago neighborhood in the heart of the city's historic center and its monumental complex.

The house is situated in a pine forest area with large plots. It is a quiet area where only the birds are heard since the paths are dead-end and only the people we live here pass by. It is ideal for spending a few days authentic resting. We are halfway from the village and the beach, about 3 km each, and very close to large supermarkets, restaurants, etc... Close to the house there are walking paths and a large public pine forest with facilities for sports or picnics.

It is located in the rural area of Conil, just a 9-minute drive from the beach and Calas de Roche and about 12 minutes from the city of Conil. The house has two bedrooms: one with a double bed and the other with two twin beds. Fully equipped kitchen, spacious and comfortable living room, indoor bathroom with shower, and outdoor toilet in the garden area. The pool is saltwater. Pets are welcome.

The house is not fenced, it is a natural place, with lots of vegetation!! You can enjoy a large garden if you fence it around!! That's why I don't accept pets!! It has spectacular views, you can see the entire Bay of Cádiz... and some great sunsets... with nothing in front of you, just the views of the sea... it is very close to the beaches of Conil and Palmar... The area is quite quiet to rest and disconnect from everything...
