Newly renovated, it preserves its historical essence while meeting modern demands.

Like new guest house finished in May 2023. The house sits behind our home and is attached to our shop. Perfect for 1-3 adults or a small family. The BD has a king and LR has a full size futon that fits one adult or two small children. You are welcome to share the nice yard, playground, and front patio. Safe and friendly neighborhood with walking paths nearby. Sunset views are excellent from the top of the street. Easy freeway access and minutes from Idaho State University and the Hospital.

You have the best view of the city, and trails for walking or biking right out the front door. There is an office space for remote work, and a theatre room in the basement. We are 3 minutes from the free way and 2 from the hospital. Lava Hot Springs: 25 min away, Skiing: 15 min away, Yellowstone: 2.5 hours away.

Netflix and Disney plus! You’re also very close to Ross Park swimming complex and zoo, as well as scout mountain and city creek trails.

Shopping and restaurants are just a short drive away. This Idaho themed room is perfect for any length of stay. We live upstairs and are easily available for any questions or concerns. You'll be well rested for sure! There is a small fridge and a variety of coffee/tea/cocoa & treats, along with some paper products, also provided. Awesome get away or stop along your way, or just come & play!

Our lovely basement apartment with a private entrance is on a quiet street in the middle of town. It’s minutes to anywhere in Pocatello and Chubbuck, and right off the I-15 for travel. One cozy bedroom and bathroom with a queen size bed and streaming TVs, and a comfy twin size air mattress if needed! Spacious living room & full kitchen stocked for cooking. It is stocked with everything you need to relax and enjoy yourself. Washer and Dryer are available for use. The Wooden accents were sourced from a homestead in Bancroft, ID. My wife and I hope you enjoy this space as much as we did designing it !
