Our Resort is divided into 6 beautiful Villas, with a pool, entertainment area and free parking for guests. Within the Resort of 5000 sq m, the tourists can also enjoy our two hundred years old vineyards and wine tasting at our rustic wine cellar. Villa Bouquet has 45 sq meters, 1 double size bed, sofa bed, living room, kitchen with dining table and a private bathroom.

This cozy apartment is located in Preko Morače, within the RENTA STANOVI PODGORICA building, near the City Centre. Situated on the 2nd floor, it offers lovely views of the Morača River and surrounding hills. The apartment features an open-plan living room, a kitchen, a bathroom, and two charming French balconies. Amenities include free Wi-Fi, cable TV, air conditioning, a washing machine, and garage access. Short- and long-term rental flats are also available in this building and nearby.

Ethno village Skadar Lake is located on the river Moraca river in Skadar Lake, built in the traditional manner of ethnic village. We have a total of 7 wooden houses. Of which there are 5 houses for a maximum of 4 persons and 2 houses for a maximum of 8 persons (two bedrooms and a living room). All houses have free parking, free WI-FI, air conditioning, hairdryer, mini bar as well as kitchen (kitchen is suitable for tea, coffee). If necessary we can provide a crib and a baby chair.

My apartment is near Old town, 10 minutes from city centar by foot, 5 minutes from main bus and rail station and 15 minutes from airport.From the sea and the mountains is 1 hour drive.
