You will become part of the local everyday life and living environment. In the yard you can see reindeer and you can also see the northern lights when they are in the sky. In the morning, you will become part of the reindeer herder's everyday life and we will go to feed the reindeer. If you're lucky, the tame reindeer may let you pet them. Reindeer are semi-wild, so they are in the forest from May to November.

Welcome to my holiday home in the heart of Saariselkä – only a few minutes' walk away of Urho Kekkonen National Park trailheads. I renovated and furnished my home completely in 2023 with all modern amenities while preserving the traditional stone-built fireplace and Finnish sauna. With three beds upstairs and a large sofa bed downstairs, the accommodation is comfortable for various types of groups. The remote working space, fully equipped kitchen and laundry also make it ideal for a longer stay.

Alueella on päärakennus josta löydät a-oikeuksilla varustetun ravintolan, jossa tarjoillaan aamiainen sekä valmistetaan tilauksesta päivällistä. Päärakennuksessa myös erilliset wc:t ja suihkut naisille ja miehille.

This cottage might look too good to be true - but it's real! Our log cabin called Savu is located just next to the beautiful, rocky, fishy and pure lake Ukko as you can see in pictures. Savu is furnished with style by Finnish design. You can chill along fireplace and check aurora borealis from your own pier. Savu has also an exotic smoke sauna in the same building what you can also rent for an extra fee. Hot tube is also possible to rent. Ice swimming is possible as well.

Cottage under the northern lights

Tässä ainutlaatuisessa ja rauhallisessa lomakohteessa on helppo rentoutua puhtaan luonnon keskellä. Mökki sijaitsee pienessä kylässä keskellä Lapin erämaata. Täällä voit harrastaa hiihtoa, lumikenkäilyä sekä kalastusta. Lisäksi järjestämme moottorikelkka retkiä toiveiden mukaan. Mökiltä on matkaa Rovaniemen kaupunkiin noin 75km. This private little cottage is located next to the lake of Inari, but also only just 15 minutes drive away from the center of Ivalo. Beautiful lake and fell scenery opens straight away from the front door and sauna. Cottage has modern equipments for cozy living, a fireplace and wood-heated sauna. During the evenings you can hear huskies howling few kilometers away and hopefully spot the auroras dancing above the lake. Entrance to bathroom through cold veranda.
