Our Cabin is nestled in the woods of the Adirondack Mountains. The Cabin is behind our family home. We are on a country road close to two towns. Our area offers many amenities such as fishing, hiking, boating, golf, hunting , wine tasting, leaf peeping. The cabin is heated by a wood stove and is the only heat source. “Wood Stove will injure a small child. Fast moving water in brook. Children 7 and up is ok with pre approval. The outside shower is heated, hot water available mid April -Nov.

Apartment is only one mile to hospital and is in walking distance to Plattsburgh State University. Perfect for Cardinal sports fans and parents as the PSUC Field house is located in the backyard. Large driveway can accommodate boats for fishing tournament guests. Unit is located upstairs with short, wide staircase. Unit is very clean and in safe neighborhood!

Beautiful location on lake Champlain, only 7 minutes into the restaurant & shopping areas and SUNY Plattsburgh . Private house had all cooking utensils as needed (I brought to many from home wasn’t sure if they would supply certain things for cooking) all of my family had a wonderful time want to have this get together next year. The Sunset Cabin was even more beautiful than the pictures could convey. The couches, chairs, and beds were extremely comfortable. There was a LOT of space that we could wander and explore and wish we had more time to check out his trails. We loved getting to stargaze on one of the clear nights. Greg was very responsive when we asked for a bike, had it to us the next morning, and even offered to bring it over immediately. The location was perfect for us to be able to explore the area and close enough that we went over to Vermont to explore, too. Highly recommend this beautiful cabin!

Cannot recommend this adorable cottage enough! Exactly as described, in a serene and private setting. Very responsive hosts, and always available if we needed anything. Instructions were clear, and everything was straightforward. Would absolutely recommend to anyone looking for a peaceful getaway :)
