Un endroit en pleine campagne, juste magnifique !! Tout est parfait ! Le studio est cosy, très bien agencé avec une vue incroyable ! L’espace bien-être est juste top !!! Détente et repos garantis !! Chantal est une personne tellement douce, accessible et bienveillante … J’ai déjà envie d’y retourner ! Je recommande à 100% +++++++++

Nous avons passez un week-end entre filles inoubliable dans le Granges à Roger. Ce logement a été un petit havre de paix. Intérieur très classe avec une literie confortable la Clim qui fait toute don importance avec la chaleur que nous avons eu et un extérieur avec piscine spa et terrain de pétanque que nous avons adoré. Nous avons rencontré un souci avec la cafetière qui a été résolu très rapidement grâce a notre hôte accueillante et au petit soin pour nous encore merci

Nous avons adoré notre séjour dans cette maison dans laquelle il est très agréable de cuisiner, nous avons particulièrement aimé la piscine et la nature environnante. Je pense que nous allons revenir.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour ! L’appartement, décoré avec beaucoup de goût, allie charme et modernité grâce à ses équipements dernier cri. Tout est pensé pour offrir un maximum de confort, que ce soit en famille ou entre amis. Une véritable parenthèse au vert que je recommande vivement !

Nous avons séjourné une semaine chez Bertrand à l'occasion d'un déplacement professionnel. Bertrand est un hôte sympathique et très accueillant ! Loved it here, location was great and the accommodation had everything we needed. The kids loved it and enjoyed the pool. We will definitely be coming back.

Wir kamen rein und haben uns direkt wie Zuhause gefühlt! Die nette Einrichtung, der schöne Innenhof und der tolle Pool haben uns verzaubert. Die Ausstattung ist absolut ausreichend und alle wichtigen Geräte sind vorhanden. Besonders cool ist der Grill, den man sogar an regnerischen Tagen unter dem überdachten Bereich des Hofes nutzen kann. Man kann sich rundum wohlfühlen und toll entspannen in der wunderschönen Unterkunft. In der Umgebung kann man vielen verschiedene Aktivitäten nachgehen und die tolle Natur genießen. Auch Abendspaziergänge kann man direkt vom Haus aus starten. Ein absolut gelungener Urlaub! Le séjour dans ce logement était parfait ! Il correspond totalement à la description. Notre arrivée a été parfaite grâce aux descriptions envoyées. Le logement était très propre, près de la voie verte ce qui est un plus, surtout avec les vélos à disposition ! La Clim a également été un gros plus pour notre séjour ! Le logement est complètement insonorisé, nous n’avons rien entendu malgré la route assez passante à côté ! Nous recommandons les yeux fermés ! Encore merci !

Nous sommes très contents de notre week-end chez Guilhom. Il est très attentionné, très à l'écoute de ses résidents. La maison est très agréable, les pièces sont claires, le coin terrasse apprécié (et on a même accès à son jardin pour que les enfants puissent jouer au ballon). Le seul petit hic, la situation de la maison à proximité d'une voie rapide. Nous recommandons Guilhom et son logement

Éric est un hôte attentionné et cette petite maison au calme est parfaite pour découvrir les merveilles autour du lac d’Annecy !

Armand est vraiment un super hôte! Super accueillant et disponible. Logement très bien situé (à quelques minutes à pied du lac) dans un endroit résidentiel paisible et facile d'accès. Tout était très propre, et la literie vraiment confortable.

Tout était parfait. Une pépite dans la nature- À recommander sans hésitation -

What can I say? Of all the Airbnbs we have stayed in on this trip (9 in all) this is where I was the happiest. Not that there was anything wrong with the other places, but this renovated grange had all the charm of years gone by with the modern necessities that are so appreciated when travelling. Frédérica and Gilbert are the most charming people, so very kind and generous with their time but not intrusive in the least. They were kind enough to allow me to extend our stay by one day as I was too unwell to travel to the next destination and even did some emergency food shopping for us. The house is superb - renovated with flair, elegance and typical French charm. We lacked for absolutely nothing, the kitchen was well equipped, the beds were super comfortable and the linen/towels etc were impeccable. Plus the shower pressure was a dream after a long day! We could see the lake from our window, but everything was close by. I recommend this Airbnb to anyone who wants a happy holiday!

Nous sommes restes trois jours dans l’appartement qui est très bien situé, tout près du lac d’Annecy. L’appartement est très bien équipé et nous étions très à l’aise. Il y a beaucoup d’activités à faire dans la région de Talloires comme Via Ferrata, Canyoning, Accrobranche, randonnées, vélos, navigation sur le lac, etc. Camille était très disponible et répondait vite à nos demandes. Tout était parfait, nous reviendrons sans hésitations.

This place is pure French countryside magic. It starts with the pathway up to the home. You’ve past breathtaking scenery and end up on an authentic gravel path. Just when you question if you’re in the right place, you come up the drive to heaven. The place is very clean and we truly enjoyed the gifts that the hosts left us. The bottle of champagne, the artisanal sausage, the freshly picked walnuts and currants made our stay so warm and friendly. The main room w/ kitchen and living room made for great conversation as we planned our next day’s activities. Thank you for allowing us to rent your place.

All the facilities were well-equipped, clean, and nice. However, the lack of air conditioning was a bit disappointing. In particular, Jerome's kind explanations and guidance were really good.

What an unforgettable stay! The view of Lake Annecy with the mountains in the background is absolutely stunning. You can watch paragliders landing and boats gently cruising on the lake. The lake is just a 2-minute walk from the property, and the surroundings are peaceful and incredibly scenic. The house is spacious and thoughtfully laid out, offering both comfort and functionality. You can enjoy your morning coffee on the patio while soaking in the stunning views of Lake Annecy. The windows and doors are soundproof, so you can enjoy peaceful, undisturbed nights without any noise from passing vehicles. Ample parking is available, and the hosts were warm and welcoming. There was nothing to complain about, only wonderful things to say. Restaurants and supermarkets are close by. I stayed for 3 nights, but it felt too short. The place is so beautiful that even 10 days would not have been enough. Words can’t do justice to the view. I am in awe and will definitely be back.

Hartelijk welkom door Florence, snel beschikbaar bij vragen. Je voelt je snel thuis in de mooie lodge waarin alles aanwezig is, zelfs tot (staaf)mixer aan toe! Luxe was ook wasruimte met wasmachine en droger. Uitgebreide set tuinmeubelen. Dikke witte hotelbadlakens en bedden met heerlijke matras. Rolluiken, en auto kan in inpandige garage. Top lodge! Florence nam ook even tijd om ons gedag te zeggen de avond voor vertrek. Erg vriendelijk. Kortom: aanrader!

Le logement proposé était parfait : très bon rapport qualité/prix et disponibilité de Florence pour l’arrivée et le départ. Nous sommes venu à Annecy sans voiture : les transports en communs sont parfait pour se déplacer à Annecy et aux alentours (+ le logement est à 5min à pied d’un arrêt de bus). Je recommande à 100% ce logement et je n’hésiterais pas à le réserver de nouveau pour un futur séjour dans cette ville !

My daughter and I had such a lovely week in Talloires and Ali’s home was a special part of this. The house was in a perfect location - in the centre of the village, close to the supermarket and to restaurants and more importantly - right next door to the best bakers where we went most mornings! It is also very close to the lakeside and to many beautiful walks. The house was clean and comfortable and got a better sleep than at home! Ali also helped us with suggestions on where to go which was very much appreciated as this was our first time in the area. If we are back in the area we wouldn’t hesitate to come back to stay here again.
