Please note, it is located on the 4th floor (the view and brightness come at a price...), and is not suitable for people with reduced mobility.

Paid street parking or theater park 8-minute walk. (Rate on the parking lot's website) 2 to 4 people: a double bed in the main room and a double bed in the mezzanine (unsuitable for small children) washing machine. WiFi (fiber) Independent entrance via the garage. No parties or events, no pets.

40 m² cottage completely renovated adjoining our Poitevin farmhouse, located 10 minutes from the center of Poitiers (8 km) and 14 minutes from the Futuroscope (11 km). We will be delighted to host you in our ideal cottage for 2 adults and 2 children (possibility of adding a baby bed in the master bedroom). A basic breakfast is included in the price (milk, coffee, chocolate, tea, rusks, brioche, butter, jam, spread, orange juice).

The house in which you will be staying is a fully renovated townhouse of 65 m2, within a 5-minute walk of Poitiers SNCF train station. It is at the foot of the viaduct allowing access to the city center in less than 10 minutes on foot. Access to the Futuroscope park can be done by train (10 min), by car (15 min) or by bus. This place is good for families, couples, business travelers, families (with kids). Capacity 4 people.
