The Studio at Barnhill House offers an elegant and comfortable breakaway in the beautiful surroundings of The Vintage Golf Estate in the heart of the Hunter Valley. With its private entrance and first floor location it provides complete privacy for a peaceful escape. The house is energy efficient with two solar installations for both electricity and hot water.

A wide selection of great activities are also available, including golf, hot air ballooning. The Studio is a recently converted, secure space with private access. We also offer restaurant transfers and wine tours for a small additional cost. Josies is good for couples, solo adventurers and business travelers.
