Beautiful Maine Lakefront Cottage

Enjoy a classic Maine lakefront cottage with beautiful sandy beach, screened porch and 300' waterfront. You'll enjoy loons on Upper Range Pond (a medium-sized lake), swimming off our private dock & float and using our 2 kayaks and canoe. Have dinner on the screened-in porch, watching gorgeous sunsets or make s'mores in the fire pit on the beach. Wonderfully quiet, private location only 40 minutes from Portland. We're committed to sustainability with eco-friendly cleaning products and lighting.

The Modern Lakehouse

This modern lakehouse is situated on Hogan Pond in Oxford Maine. Here you can stay with all the comforts of a beautiful lakehouse built in 2020 while being feet from the water. This is a great place to vacation whether you prefer the private sandy beach, the A/C inside complete with Smart TV cable and Wifi, or the hottub! Sip a drink at the bar while watching the game or use the grill on the deck but be sure to use the built in sound system to play your music throughout the house and deck.

Cozy cabin on the lake with the loons

Unwind at this charming two-bedroom cabin nestled on the serene shores of Tripp Lake in Poland, Maine. Perfect for couples, or small groups looking to escape the hustle and embrace lake life. We now have docks! Wake up to the sounds of loons calling and enjoy your morning coffee with a view of the water. Spend your days swimming, kayaking, or fishing off the private dock. In the evenings, fire up the BBQ grill and dine al fresco at the outdoor seating area as the sun sets over the lake.

On the water Boathouse!

In the water! Two story boathouse. Originally built in 1939 and parked boats in until 1972. Converted to living space in the early eighties. The upstairs consist of a bedroom walk in closet and a balcony. The downstairs is a living room, kitchen and bathroom. Walk out the door to the patio , dock , and beach! You won't find anything closer to the water! The balcony is the perfect place to watch the sunset, thunderstorms, or sip your morning coffee. Watch the fish out the window!

Lake Front Cabin

This private, upstairs unit in two unit cabin, nestled in the trees on 6/10th of an acre, has something for everyone, including 100 feet of semi-private lakefront on Tripp Lake. Easy for a weekend getaway from Boston, relax and enjoy our canoes, kayak and SUP, ideal spot for swimming and end the day with a nice campfire. We also have games (indoor and out). No TV, so relax and enjoy the silence (although there is wi-fi and cell phone service so feel free to connect your own devices).

Wren Cabin + Wood fired Sauna

We built the Wren Cabin to be a serene space filled with light and art and with lots of cozy details. Lofted ceilings, a spiral staircase and large open concept with lofted bedroom. The cabin also has a gorgeous wood-fired sauna for those colder days. Wren cabin has a large wraparound deck for relaxing and an outdoor fire pit, as well as shared access to Adams Pond. The space is modern Scandinavian, light and aery, and filled with thoughtful details.

Lakefront Home in Poland Spring

This classic Maine cottage is the perfect lakefront getaway for families or small groups of friends. Enjoy the gorgeous lake from the large living room windows, the outdoor picnic area, by taking a dip off the dock, or by going for a canoe ride on the lake. 35 mins from Portland, 20 mins from Lewiston, up the road from Poland Spring Resort and Golf Course. Oxford is 15 minutes North and has even more shops, bars, and restaurants.

Relax with the whole family at our peaceful lake house, loaded with charm inside and out. Kayaks, paddle boards, canoe, 1 propane grill and 1 black stone griddle, long dock with Adirondack chairs, fire pit with wood and SO much more! Fully equipped kitchen, bedding, board games, books.. the list is endless. Just bring groceries and any extras you may need and leave the rest up to us. Come and relax, leave your worries behind!
