Completely renovated by a renowned architect in 2018, the house stands in a park of century-old trees of nearly 2500 m2. Hidden from view and bathed in light, the Demeure du Val offers you a splendid view of the Saône Valley and the Monts d'Or.

The Studio is an independent dwelling recently refurbished to a high standard. Adjacent to the main house, "Les Vieilles Pierres", in the village of Poleymieux au Mont d'Or. Guests can enjoy the quiet of the countryside whilst only being 25 minutes from the centre of Lyon with fine dining, a UNESCO World Heritage site and Fête de la Lumière. Surrounded by beautiful walks and VTT trails; sample the local wines; discover the Musée d'Ampère or dine at The Auberge, Poleymieux has plenty to offer.

Located on a dominant point, surrounded by trees, it gives, with a wide and unobstructed view, on the Monts d 'Or. Fully equipped and independent, the accommodation is also perfectly suited to accommodate children. Close to Lyon, which is quickly accessible, Rochetaillée, with its Guinguettes on the banks of the Saône, and at the gates of Beaujolais and Dombes.

15 minutes from Lyon, in the Monts d'Or, we offer a house adjoining our house in which we live. You will have independent access. The house consists of a room on the ground floor with kitchenette, a master bedroom on the 1st floor, and a separate toilet, a children's bedroom (3 single beds) and a bathroom with toilet on the 2nd floor. Your vehicle can park inside the property. The house is very quiet and bright.
