This historical house has stunning vaulted sandstone ceilings and rooms decorated in Scandic-Italian style. A spacious bedroom, en-suite bathroom and a small lounge area with private entrance from the street. A fantastic location but not for the faint hearted, lots of steps, but it's worth it. Bring your sneakers !

La casa è un trullo del 1800, tutto ristrutturato, dotato di riscaldamento ed aria condizionata, Smart TV e WI-FI. La camera da letto è dotata di un letto matrimoniale con comodini, lampade da lettura e armadio. Nella sala, dotata di frigo, forno microonde, tostapane e macchina espresso caffè, è sistemato un divano letto; è possibile cucinare e pranzare su tavolo per 4 persone. La piccola casa in grotta ha un ingresso indipendente. è una piccola camera ipogea ricavata totalmente all’interno della massa tufacea . Le grotte hanno un loro particolare microclima che viene regolato da impianto di riscaldamento in inverno e deumidificazione quando necessario. Nello spazio esterno, arredato con tavolino e sedie, è possibile incontrare e fare amicizia con la mia gattina e con il mio cane, un dolcissimo Border Collie . Soggiornare in una grotta è un esperienza.
