Small stone house of 35 m2 recently restored and very comfortable on a property of 1000m2. There are other gites on this property but you are completely independent. Each gite has its own entrance and private terrace. Sleeping accommodations are upstairs in the same room. The house is located 5 minutes from the Seine, in the heart of the Champagne vineyard, 10 minutes from all shops, 30 minutes from TROYES, the lakes of the Forêt d 'Oriente, the Nigloland amusement park, 2 hours 15 minutes from Paris exit 22( via the A5)

Amenities: catering butcher, champagne cellars, electric vehicle terminal, bread distribution 2km away (Gyé/Seine). Multisport train and young games 300m away. We are 10 minutes from the Renoir museum, 30 minutes from Nigloland,lakes, 45 minutes from Troyes. Linens included. wifi(fiber) throughout the house.

An accommodation that is very well surrounded by the Nigloland amusement park, Lake of the Orient Forest, a Grimpobranche, the Côte de Bars to visit the vineyard and/or cellars, there are also several restaurants and shops. All this is within 15-30 minutes. Within 30-45 minutes you can find the city of Troyes as well as many factory outlets, cinema, bowling, laser game and more. The added bonus is the highway exit which is 3 km away.

Relax in this quiet and stylish space. Small Champagne-style house, located close to the historic city center of Troyes, the lakes of the Forêt d 'Orient, vineyards and factory shops. On the ground floor you have a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area and a tv lounge area. On the same level, you have one bedroom, one shower room and one toilet. Upstairs there are two open-plan sleeping areas and an office. Pets not allowed.
