Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Polk County

This Airbnb was exactly as expected and matched the photos perfectly! It’s cozy, homey, and super comfortable—especially that futon… seriously, it’s out-of-this-world comfy! This spot does exactly what you need: sleep, recharge, and head back out for more fun. It’s the perfect base for any trip. Now, if I had to find one thing to mention, it would be the shower. Us bigger guys will definitely feel a bit oversized in there! Not really a complaint—just something to keep in mind. Casey was absolutely great—super attentive and went out of her way to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. 9.5/10—would absolutely recommend!

Very nice neighborhood quiet stayed there for a few weeks had to change a reservation and she worked with me no problem would definitely stay again and highly recommended.

We enjoyed every second of our time at Gary & Sara's home (aka The Dalt Retreat). They provided thorough instructions for a seamless check-in. Everything was exactly as pictured/described. The pool is amazing! Our 6-year old girls were elated with it, their bedroom and all of the toys & games provided. The home is large enough for separate adult and kid spaces. We would absolutely stay here again. Thank you, Gary and Sara for sharing your home with us!

This place was AMAZING!!! Miguel and his wife were incredible communicators and so incredibly flexible! They gave us a little longer to checkout and answered all of our questions. The beds were incredible in all 3 rooms, the backyard was so perfect for our dogs, and all the smart tvs were awesome when we were ready to chill out after visiting the parks! It only took us maybe 20 minutes to get to all things Disney like Magic Kingdom, Animal Kingdom, Disney Springs and more. It was a quiet neighborhood and we loved it. We will DEFINITELY be staying with them again and will probably be the ONLY ones we stay with when coming to the Orlando area. I hope all the future guests enjoy this home as much as we did! Seriously the most gorgeous home and it was perfect for our small wedding ceremony & reception. The hosts were so accommodating and responsive and we really enjoyed the heated pool and the kayaks. We cannot wait to stay again for our anniversary!

The place is stunning, very well maintained, peaceful and yet fun. Love the view, overall loved it all. So much my husband and grandkids are already looking forward to a next trip. We thought our holiday weekend in FL was ruined due to another AirBnb not being what we were expecting and had to abruptly leave but still had two days in FL. Host responded very fast and friendly, answered all my questions. The house was absolutely what we were looking for, stuff for kids and adults and right across from clubhouse and water park.

We had a lovely stay at this peaceful retreat on Tiger Lake. The views were absolutely stunning—sunrises over the lake were especially beautiful and set the tone for slow, relaxing mornings. The area is incredibly serene, with plenty of opportunities to unwind and enjoy nature. One of the highlights was the abundance of wildlife. We spent time bird watching and were treated to sightings of egrets, herons, and even ospreys to name a few. Fishing off the dock was a relaxing way to spend the afternoon, with the calm water and quiet surroundings adding to the overall sense of tranquility. The house itself was comfortable and clean. The main bed is quite firm, which might be ideal for some guests, while the secondary bed offers a softer feel for those who prefer a bit more cushion. Either way, we slept well with the peaceful sounds of the lake just outside. This place is a gem for anyone looking to get away from the noise and connect with nature. We’d definitely consider coming back!

As described, the place was very clean and inviting. The setup was pretty nice, and it was very quiet. There were three units in total, one on each side. I think we all were respectful to each other during our stay. Parking was no problem. The directions to find the place were clear and Lakeland is a lovely town , which is a nice area with plenty of things to do. It was a great stay.

The pictures just don’t do this amazing place justice! It is so comfy and home like! The hosts are super nice and even when I over slept because I got in late and was so comfortable , they still were super hospitable. I can’t wait to come back . And the coffee was amazing too!

INCREDIBLE— this home was probably one of the best stays I’ve experienced on Airbnb! Everything was exactly as described. The place was cozy, comfortable, and quiet. It was well equipped and the hosts/owners thought of everything. I had a lovely stay and hope to be back. I cannot recommend this place enough. Honestly, the longer the stay, the better! It felt like my own place. Loved the interior design and style but appreciated how it never felt cluttered or small. 10/10 experience all around. Perfect for my four night stay.

This location was perfect for two people that wanted a small place to stay and time together in a close intimate setting. Although small, it was clean and comfortable and provided us with the sleep needed to move on to our destination

This property was by far the cleanest ABnB I've ever stayed at. Brittany was very responsible to my questions I'd recommend anybody stay here I'll definitely stay again whenever I'm in the Orlando area.

Ana was always super responsive, and incredibly flexible and helpful with the apartment's vehicle registration when my flight was delayed past the front office being closed.

It was clean, looked like the pictures, responsive host. Would stay again.

The Air BNB was great. Unfortunately we had to deal with alot of traffic thanks to construction. And people in the place above us was stomping all day and night. Obviously the hosts have no control over that. But just be aware there is alot of construction traffic and u might have to deal with people stomping.

5/5 stars! Gerardo was an amazing host, provided detailed instructions upon arrival and departure. They are detailed instructions on how to get tvs to work. Condo was super clean upon arrival. Plenty of parking. Very quiet and safe location. Pool area is very close to the location of the building. Overall amazing place to stay at. Definitely would come back!
