The place is amazing, peaceful and beautiful. My family and I had a great time there. Elliot was always responsive, the only thing that I would like to point out, is that when we asked him something he would have a short answer rather than an explanatory one. Other than that, he was great and his place was worth the money. Looking forward to come back.

I stayed here for the week of my wedding and it was perfect. The hosts were very helpful recommending local restaurants. The home is beautiful and well insulated temperature and sound wise. The neighborhood is calm beautiful and the neighbors were very nice and respectful. The area was very accessible both day and night via driving or Uber/taxi. The host also went the extra step of setting up bride to be decorations for me which was so beautiful and appreciated. A great place to stay if you want to live like an islander.

Casa Santiago was just what the pictures and descriptions said. The host was thorough in his communication from check in to check out. Prior to arriving, they sent us a list of places to eat and things to do. Our only regret is that we didn't stay longer. We will definitely be returning here when in PR!

Greta and Victor’s home is absolutely beautiful, inside and out. The pool/deck and rooftop hot tub and lounge areas are so clean and inviting, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring the island. The location could not be better - close to several incredible restaurants (be sure to get some montaditos at Arrecife up the road), Cueva del Indio and a short walk or car ride to some gorgeous beaches. The beds and furniture are sturdy and very comfortable and plenty of beach bath towels were provided. We ended up needed an emergency set of sheets and Victor responded to my message immediately and had the cleaning person deliver us a new set within hours. We are so smitten with the property and had a chance to meet Victor - what a great guy. Excellent place to stay and we plan to return often as we have family nearby. Don’t sleep on this place - 1000/10!

This house is a hidden gem. Beautiful home. Very beautiful decor. I loved everything about the house! 3 full bathrooms and outdoor shower. The pool was perfect. Parking was easy. Great quality linens. Everything you need is available in the house. The house was super clean. Tv room was my favorite. They even had popcorn available for you. They really thought of everything. Host was super responsive and delightful. Very cool selfie place in walking distance called selfie vibes! Never felt crowded in this house and we have a family of five. Very quiet neighborhood. Definitely will rent again.

Responsive host and absolutely amazing home

Thanks to Alex, my family and I were able to extend our last-minute vacation. The house is large, comfortable, looks better in person, impressive with retro style, THE BEST HOUSE I HAVE STAYED IN PONCE, PR. The neighbors are friendly, you can hear the coquis at night, it has all the utilities that are necessary and more. In the kitchen, there are CDs of tropical music and dominoes to play. Alex leaves recommendations for tourist sites and restaurants and more sweets of PR !!! I'll be back soon!!

The place is located in nice neighborhood. It was spacious, clean and a nice pool area. Carlos was very responsive and helpful. We had a great time.

Rafael, the host, made check in and out very easy and convenient. The location was perfect, walking distance from most museums, eateries, and monuments. His house was very comfortable, spacious and clean. It made my stay in Ponce perfect.

Miguel's place was a great place to stay. Nearby many places for shopping, eating, and sightseeing. Easy check-in and check-out. Always reachable and communicative. Next time I visit Ponce, his place will be my #1 choice.

Second time here and I love

I lost track of how many times my bf and I have stayed here. But as usual we always have an amazing time. Everything is always clean and organized. We truly feel right at home our favorite airbnb in the Juana diaz area hands down. Karla is amazing host and we love her apartment. We will always recommend this airbnb 💯. We will back soon since this has become our second home. Thanks Karla :)

Place was amazing and quiet, it’s within a gated location so my family and items are always safe.

The apartment is a very cozy one close to the town of Ponce and other places. Very clean and tidy.

Where do I even begin? This house offers some of the most beautiful views of the Juana Díaz area. We truly enjoyed starting our mornings with peaceful drives down the mountain to pick up fresh bread from the local bakery. Although the home is located on a small mountain, it is very easy to access, and everything you may need is only a few minutes away. As for the house itself, it is absolutely charming. It was very clean, comfortable, and well stocked with everything a family might need. The hosts were extremely attentive and thoughtful during our stay. The neighborhood is quiet, well maintained, and we felt safe and comfortable at all times. My wife and I plan to return next summer!

Stayed with a group on 9 adults and 1 infant and we were all comfortable. The house is located in a good, quiet area with easy parking in front of the house. We enjoyed the amenities in the backyard as well. Great house for a family vacation!

The place was exactly as described easy to local when we checked it late at night as they have a motion activated light that turns on when you drive up to thr home. Gives you a feeling that your living in your own home in Puerto Rico and you cant get that kind of experience at hotels in the area 10/10 would book again.

Staying in Morales Hills was an unforgettable experience. We arrived and the jacuzzi was hot, it was perfect The house is very beautiful, incredible for the enjoyment of quality time as a couple.
