Beautiful Villa in a nice peaceful location

We had a wonderful weekend with the family. The accommodation is great, François-Xavier and Émilie are very responsive and very kind. We'll be happy to go back.

What a beautiful home and a fabulous pool , many an evening was spent around it , we were totally relaxed after our stay and would highly recommend Our hosts were really accommodating and vet helpful and at the end of a message and were quick to respond . The area was lovely with fields around and easy to travel to different locations A fabulous family holiday was had by us all

We had the most wonderful 12-night stay in The Farmhouse and enjoyed fabulous hospitality from Sam & Stuart. It is very well equipped with everything that you need for a very comfortable stay. There is a beautiful outdoor space for al fresco dining. There is an enormous barn which has been converted into a games area and is incredibly well equipped with table tennis, pool, darts, table football, a library, and every board game known to man! There is also an invaluable library of information on the local area. The massive heated outdoor pool is such a beautiful area to relax in. With the local church as a backdrop and the sounds of the birds singing in the surrounding trees in the beautiful garden was absolute bliss. The location is a great base to travel from and explore the towns and villages in the surrounding area. We even managed a couple of day trips to La Rochelle and Bordeaux. Thank you so much for such a wonderful and relaxing stay.

Very clean accommodation, tastefully decorated, a real pleasure for the eyes. Philippe and Jocelyne welcomed us in person and with open arms. 1 st breakfast on the house, everything is included, even butter and jam💕 The accommodation is very well equipped. There's even toothpaste if you forget to slip it into the toiletry bag😉. For the kitchen, it's very nice to find salt, pepper, even the necessary for the vinaigrette. This is far from the case everywhere! It helps and it's a big plus. Florian, our two dogs Pakito and Olaf, and I greatly enjoyed our two days with you. We highly recommend Philippe and Jocelyne's accommodation. PS: very nice walks to do with your animals.

The accommodation is a little gem in a green setting. Beautiful quiet and peaceful garden where you can chat with a very talkative and cuddly cat or meet chicks on the go, looking for a few things to eat. The hosts are attentive and caring and leave, scattered throughout the house, plenty of little touches. Thanks again to Sophie for all this.

Jane was the best, most helpful and most reliable host I have ever encountered. She helped me retrieve left behind luggage by spending hours on the phone with DHL and the car rental office where my luggage was left. Jane’s property is in a stunning location, surrounded by wheat and sunflower fields and as I am an artist it was perfect. The house was beautiful and spotlessly clean, decorated with excellent taste and thought to every detail. It is located about 25 minutes from Angoulême, a small city with excellent restaurants and shops. It is also in easy access to many small and pretty villages like Auberterre Sur Dronne. I highly recommend staying at Jane’s in Champagne-Vigny. I highly recommend this property

We had a great stay with Donna and Chris. They are always approachable and respond quickly and adequately if there is something. The accommodation we had was a very nice and spacious house, with large kitchen, living room, bathroom and 2 large bedrooms. The pool is clean and nice. The accommodation is in a beautiful region, big cities and beautiful sights all < 1 hour drive. Less than 10 minutes' drive away are large supermarkets, and there are excellent restaurants in the area and region. We felt completely at home here and had a wonderful vacation. If you get the chance to book this accommodation, I would!

Beautiful house ideally located, quiet. The house is very clean, with all the necessary amenities and nicely decorated. Jonathan is very accommodating and responsive, ideal. We had a great time with the family.

Michel and Linda are charming and caring people. The accommodation is perfect and looks new. Our short stay for 6 people went perfectly and we didn't miss anything, apart from maybe a little more time to get to know our hosts, we'll have to come back for longer!

A very nice accommodation in a very nice village, on the edge of the estuary. Very clean, nicely decorated, with an outdoor plancha, a garden, a few chickens (in an enclosure) and a few cats that you will meet at random. Very discreet and very friendly owners. A tavern (Ma zo li) has recently opened just opposite (Thursday to Sunday): possibility of eating grilled meat or fish, mussels on Friday evening, having a drink, in a wooded place. At very affordable prices. The accommodation is ideally located for visiting Meshers, Talmont sur Gironde, Royan, Mornac sur Seudre, Mortagne sur Gironde (port).

Very pleasant stay, we were greeted by Romain on our arrival, very friendly, friendly and very helpful host. the accommodation is very functional and equipped to accommodate families with a baby and children which is really a big plus. We also met Laure, who did not fail to greet us. Very attentive hosts, very clean accommodation in a peaceful and very well decorated place halfway between lake and ocean, spoilt for choice. We will surely come back and highly recommend this accommodation. thank you very much 👍🏼😊

We had a great weekend at Fred's! The house is even more beautiful in real life, with everything you need, we did not miss any equipment and this is very very rare! Fred is a welcoming host, available and with very good advice on things to do in the area. It's obvious we'll be back!

André is a great host! He answers very quickly, he cares that you are well and comfortable and he is very, very kind. The accommodation is very clean, very bright, it is as in the photos and is very close to the station on foot. It's super quiet and very pretty!

We had a wonderful week in the nice cosy House of Stephane. It is very central in Lacanau, so that you can walk to beaches, restaurants, Shops and Cafés. The Pool is fantastic. Frederic was very friendly and always available if you need something. Thank you
