Appartement magnifique, très bien équipé. La cuisine dispose de vaisselle suffisante et en bon état d’une cafetière avec capsules à disposition et des épices pour cuisiner. Le linge de maison et de toilette sont également fournis. Il y a également un lave linge. Très appréciable une place de parking réservée. Claudia Luisa a de petites attentions comme nous déposer des fraises du jardin. Elle est très réactive aux messages et ses explications sont claires y compris dans le logement. Et enfin cette vue magnifique depuis le salon et la petite terrasse où nous avons assisté à une partie du feu d’artifice de Funchal. Situation idéale pour visiter l’île. Câmara de Lobos est agréable le soir pour manger sur une terrasse et écouter de la musique.

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit in der Wohnung. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet. José war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Über die frischen Eier und das Gemüse haben wir uns sehr gefreut. Sehr Empfehlenswert!

Der Aufenthalt bei Maria war einfach super. Sie hat uns zur Begrüßung privat in Empfang genommen und es standen sogar frische Blumen auf dem Küchentisch. Die Unterkunft war sauber und für die Verhältnisse auf Madeira gut gehalten. Die Bettwäsche roch frisch gewachsen und wir haben uns direkt wie Zuhause gefühlt - einfach super!☺️ Die Lage der Unterkunft ist super ruhig, etwas höher, gelegen. Stellplatz für ein Auto ist vorhanden. Bei Fragen stand Maria jederzeit zur Verfügung und auch ihr Sohn war über die App sofort zu erreichen. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

logement trés bien équipé de la cuisine aux détails, tels que plaids pour les soirées fraiches, parasol pour la plage, salon de jardin, barbecue..... un superbe jardin avec superbe vue sur coucher de soleil...

Die gemütliche Unterkunft war sehr ruhig gelegen am oberen Ortsende. Die Aussicht war wunderschön. Zu Fuß konnte man die Bar Picadinho erreichen. Hier gibt es guten Kaffee, leckeren Poncha und allerhand zu essen. Daneben liegt eine Poncha-Bar. Für alles andere benötigt man ein Auto. An den rauchigen Geruch haben wir uns schnell gewöhnt. Da wir nur vier Tage dort waren, haben wir Johnny (sehr freundlich und prima erreichbar) nicht gefragt, ob es eine Möglichkeit gegeben hätte, das Duschwasser etwas wärmer zu bekommen. Es war nicht kalt, aber für unser Empfinden hätten es ein paar Grad mehr sein dürfen… Alles in Allem gemütlicher Aufenthalt. Absolut zu empfehlen!

We loved our two weeks at this location. Superb views over the ocean and the surroundings. All we needed in the house was present and clean. Very peaceful neighbourhood (although we were a little unlucky to have roadworks ongoing). Amazing private pool (with an extra bathroom)! Carolina was super friendly and always available for questions. Would love to stay here again in the future. Highly recommended!!

Staying at this place was like a dream - the house itself as well as the location is beautiful, all the greenery and „wilderness” was exactly what we needed during our vacation. Believe me when I say that the place is even more stunning than in the pictures! The hosts - João and Olivia were so lovely, and their son - Francisco was also really helpful and nicely explained us the way to the house :) Olivia greeted us and showed us around and also prepared a welcome gift for us with a lot of the local and homemade snacks, fruit and drinks! You can also purchase a lot of them in their friendly market at their house (as well as some hand crafted stuff - I purchased a keyring that is honestly my favorite souvenir from the trip). We also recommend visiting the Levada that is nearby (3 minute walk from the house)! Thank you so much João, Olivia & Francisco for being so wonderful and helpful - the experience of staying in Casa d’Olivia was everything we could ever wish for ❤️

Nous avons séjourné 13 nuits chez Fatima. Nous n'avons jamais eu de logement aussi propre ! Certe le logement est humide mais Fatima fait en sorte que l'on soit le plus à l'aise possible (draps de rechange, serviettes en grande quantité etc.). L'appartement est très bien équipé, nous n'avons manqué de rien. La vue est splendide ! Fatima et sa famille savent nous accueillir, ce sont des personnes d'une grande gentillesse et très réactives lors de nos demandes. Le seul point négatif, mais qui est minime face à tout le potentiel du logement est l'isolement sonore. Le plafond n'est qu'un plancher et nous pouvons entendre Fatima et sa famille marcher si nous restons la journée à l'appartement. Le bruit ne nous a jamais réveillé ni empêché de nous endormir. Nous recommandons les yeux fermés ce logement et nous savons maintenant où loger si nous avons l'occasion de revenir visiter la magnifique île de Madère.

Die Unterkunft war wunderschön an einer sehr ruhigen Lage mit einer atemberaubenden Aussicht. Es war alles sauber und mit Liebe eingerichtet damit man sich ab dem ersten Moment nur wohlfühlen kann. Es hatte alles was man braucht, auch super fanden wir die vielen Küchenuntensilien und der Grill, den wir jeden Tag benutzten. Die Terrasse mit Whirpool,Lounge,Liegen und Tisch waren das Highlight. Wir verbrachten viel Zeit in der Unterkunft, weil wir uns so wohl gefühlt haben. Der Strand Calheta ist 5min mitem Auto einfach zu erreichen und sehr empfehlenswert. Auch fanden wir den Privatparkplatz super. Bruno und Maria sind sehr zuvorkommend und fragten auch nach wie es uns geht und ob wir etwas brauchen. Die Lage war für uns perfekt, sehr ruhig, viel privatsphäre und doch gelangen wir mitem Auto überall hin. Vielen herzlichen Dank an Bruno und Maria. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder. Super séjour à Madère dans un logement plutôt bien situé, calme et paisible avec une vue extraordinaire. Hote bienveillant, réponds aux demande et très bon accueil. Je recommande vivement ce logement.

Lovely villa with stunning views. The hosts are great and everything is as described. Nice bonus are the cats that live in the yard. Would definitely book this place again next time we're in Madeira.

à notre arrivée nous avons été très bien accueilli par Ana. Elle nous a tout expliqué et nous avons même pu arriver un peu en avance dans l'appartement. Elle nous a donné des conseils de visite, de restaurant, et aussi elle nous a indiqué le supermarché le plus proche. Ana a été au top !!! L'appartement est parfait, il y a tout ce qu'il faut même encore plus que ce qu'on avait imaginé. Merci pour tout! Nous avons pu profiter à fond de cette île magnifique . Et Gabriel a passer quasiment toute ses soirées dans la piscine 😄 merci encore de notre part à tous les 3

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez Germano. Ce sont ses parents qui gèrent le logement, et ils ont été aux petits soins pour que notre séjour se passe parfaitement ! Merci encore. Le logement est impeccable, spacieux, parfaitement équipé. La vue est superbe et la piscine un vrai plus ! Il y a plein de bons restaurants autours, nous avons apprécié le calme et le côté très paisible de jardim do mar avec de jolies balades. On a eu du mal à partir ! Une adresse pépite si vous cherchez un lieu unique à Madère pour vos vacances !

Danke an Joana und Juan für den herzlichen Empfang in eurer Unterkunft. Die lokalen Tipps von Juan waren toll und das Appartement hat alles, was man braucht. Die Ausstattung ist hervorragend und alles ist in bestem Zustand. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder.

A lovely apartment: convenient, well-situated and pleasant views. Good location if you have a hire car; Funchal isn’t far at all, and there are many local shops and restaurants. Host-wise, unless you speak a little Portuguese, it can be slightly difficult; Jose is happy to call and speak for his mother. Very friendly and welcoming!!!

The apartment was perfect for our family, a great base to explore the island. Well equipped for a family though we only used for breakfast, eating out in the many local restaurants . The bakery downstairs is fabulous , serving breakfast, lunch and snacks..

Great apartment. Everything as described. Tip...bring some shower/bath gel or buy some locally. There was only little bottles of shampoo. This was to start you off when you arrived, but, if you feel like a shower after a long journey it would be nice to have just a couple of small bottles of gel just for the initial shower or bath. It was quite noisy when we stayed with very loud building works with an excavator loading and crashing rocks and boulders into the lorries and travelling right past the apartment loaded with all of those 🥺 This was at the front of the apartment, so although we couldn't use the balcony there: thankfully the bedroom was at the rear of the property, so a lie in was possible when the work started early in the morning. However, this may not be the case for any future guests as they may have finished the works before they arrive. Other than this problem, we had a great time on this beautiful island ( our 8th visit and our first time in self catering)

Absolutely incredible hosts! Gave me so much local information ranging from places to go, activities to do, restaurants to eat and drink at. They were incredibly helpful when I had any questions! Couldn’t have asked for better hosts, the apartment looked exactly how it did in the pictures, very clean and had everything you needed! The location is so good as every thing you need is within walking distance! I had a great stay and I highly recommended staying here

Nous avons séjourné une semaine à 4 dans un appartement très agréable. Nous avons apprécié les 2 chambres et les 2 salles de bain. Idéal pour 2 couples.
