Free parking on site! You will enter the flat from its own private entrance. Once inside, there is a well equipped kitchen, and a spacious living area complete with sofa, TV and coffee/dining table (the coffee table lifts up for more comfortable dining experience). The bedroom is again a nice spacious room, complete with wardrobe and dressing table. There are usb sockets on each side of the bed. Private en-suite bathroom with shower. Within easy reach of all local attractions.

Cosy studio

A completely self-contained annex-come-studio in our garden. It has everything you need for a short stay in Cardiff and is very close to lovely parks, cafes, restaurants and shops and is 25 mins walk or ten mins bus ride to town - the bus stop is right behind the annex. It is suitable for a couple, two friends (there's a pull-out single bed in the living area) or a couple with a child. We converted our garage during lockdown and created this unique and cosy space.

Cottage in Bute Park

Once part of the farm belonging to the Marquess of Bute. Close to the city centre, Cardiff Uni, Bute Park and Royal Welsh College of Music and Drama. If you like the unusual you should love this cottage because of the location and quirky old fashioned charm of the place. It suits families, visiting academics and small groups. Good WIFI. . The Coach house is a beautiful period property which has been tastefully renovated with a combination of period and contemporary features. Please note due to insurance the log burner is not to be used. The house has underfloor heating downstairs and central heating upstairs.
