Cosy & private, this is my home, where I live, which I occasionally share when away. The apartment’s fully equipped, with all the comfort of a residence lived in daily. Ideal for those seeking tranquility, a central location, close transport, a space with soul and stories + AC, washing machine, free parking and a work station. The apartment (Penthouse) has a vertical garden terrace, a bedroom with a 1.60 x 2.0 meter double bed, wardrobes and a safe. A living room with sofa, 4K TV, cable channels and Netflix, Rotel bluetooth sound system and mini bar with free drinks available for guests. Kitchen equipped with: Microwave, Refrigerator, Dishwasher, Induction hob, Toaster, Kettle and Nexpresso. Full bathroom including bidet and shower, hairdryer and amenities (shower gel, shampoo and body cream), iron and ironing board.

Almada Prime with Balcony - Heart of the City

This beautiful and modern apartment is located in the heart of the city, just 180 meters from the City Hall. From here, you can easily walk to the main attractions of the city. It was decorated and equipped with great dedication, always thinking about the well-being and comfort of guests.
