It is a perfect alternative for a hotel stay in Venice. A stone's throw from Piazza San Marco and the Rialto Bridge. Overlooking the Rio di Santa Marina and close to the Church of Miracles. The apartment is located in the heart of Venice in a strategic position to reach any place in the city including the islands and 5 minutes from the Rialto Bridge and less than 10 from St. Mark's Square. In the surrounding area there are many shops, restaurants, bars, supermarkets. The City of Venice has determined that the tax on January 1, 2019 will be 4 euros per person for the first 5 days of stay. The tax will have to be paid in cash upon check in. The cost of cleaning is 40 euros.
