The Atlantic Ocean is just a short walk away with a crosswalk for safety. The house has a new deck for sunbathing, outdoor shower, full kitchen, etc. Separate downstairs space efficiency space sleeps 3 and only for upstairs guests for an additional charge. Only shared space is the laundry room.

My little century old cottage is on scenic old A1A, between downtown St. Augustine and Flagler beach. It is far from fancy and the price is reflected. All rooms have ocean view. The fenced yard and patio are perfect to relax or wave watching. The beach is a short walk away. Fishing and surfing are very good here as well. Bring your boards, fishing rods, kids or pets and enjoy! This cottage also has lots parking. 4 cars or a full-size RV.
