FINCA ESCALANTE is a duplex house where we try to merge the beauty of its façade and romantic-style colors with a modern and functional interior. The ground floor is occupied by the garage for two cars. The 1st floor of 90m2, is made up of a large and comfortable kitchen open to the dining room and living room overlooking the property and a bedroom with a bathroom. The 2nd is made up of an open office, a bedroom with a bathroom and balcony and the main one with a dressing room, bathroom and terrace. Wi-Fi, TV in all rooms.

Fully restored old stone house with private garden. It has two bedrooms, a sofa bed in the living area with a flat-screen TV, a bathroom with a shower and towels, a full kitchen with an oven, a ceramic hob, a microwave, a coffee maker, a refrigerator and a washing machine.
