A l'orée du Perche, ancienne maison du gardien indépendante d'un moulin sur l'Eure au calme d'une propriété de 4Ha, sans aucun voisin à part le propriétaire. Le bruit de la rivière, le chant des oiseaux, les vieux bâtiments, la barque, le potager, mes deux jeunes chiennes et les moutons sont là pour vous détendre le temps d'un moment au grand air. Très confortable pour 2 adultes, la maison peut accueillir jusqu’à 5 personnes grâce au lit simple supplémentaire et au convertible dans le salon.

Décorée avec soin et parfaitement équipée, la Ferme de la Boétie est louée en intégralité. Cette maison de campagne dispose de grands espaces communs (salon, salle à manger, espace TV), de 4 chambres et 3 Sdb. A l'extérieur, profitez du jardin et de la prairie. Au cœur du Parc Naturel Régional du Perche, vous pourrez rayonner selon vos envies (gustatives, brocantes, randonnées, sport, spa…). Capacité d’accueil : 9 adultes, 1 enfant et 3 bébés (lit d'appoint et 3 lits bébés sur demande).

Equipped with all the necessary comforts and fiber, it is the perfect place for your stay in the countryside less than 2 hours from Paris. A charging station is accessible according to conditions. Calm, nature and local products will be there.

Charlotte's house is a gîte that was completely renovated at the end of 2019, respecting the Percheron frame with noble materials such as wood, stone, old tiles and lime plaster. Located in one of the most beautiful villages of the Perche Regional Park, it is the perfect place for a stay in the countryside less than 2 hours from Paris. The cottage is fully equipped with new products (appliances, bedding, SAUNA, wood stove) and has an enclosed garden.

Welcome to our charming cottage between Beauce and Perche, 38 m² outbuilding of our main house. Enjoy an independent garden and park your car in our private space. Less than 30 km from Chartres and 5 km from Courville-sur-Eure train station (Paris-Montparnasse line), you are here in the heart of nature, conducive to calm and rest. Atypical house right on the water

In a beautiful bucolic setting and by the water, an atypical and inspiring accommodation: the stables of a mill on the Eure. The sound of the river, the song of the birds, the 13th century mill are there for a total change of scenery. The river lends itself to a short swim, a kayak ride or a fishing trip. Fields and forests surround the mill and offer you many bike rides. And what a pleasure to have a picnic by a lake at sunset!
