I had a wonderful stay with my family. Having booked a few airbnb stays at mosiac before, this is really the best stay we had. The place was clean, well maintained and spotless. You can see the details that the owner had provided, it makes you feel right at home. I appreciate the drinking water provided upon check in, the toothbrushes set and some coffee. Will definitely book here if we are visiting midvalley again.

The unit in Willby was new and extremely clean , quiet and well equipped with everything one needs including a Japanese bathroom to dry clothes. I really enjoyed the view and central location for both work and exploration. I felt like a lucky Singaporean. Thanks to the great online and concierge checkin.

Everything is good, and check in is smooth

The apartment was clean and nicely maintained. All appliances and the air conditioning functioned perfectly. Shower gel, shampoo, and laundry detergent were provided, even though we didn't need to wash clothes—thoughtfully included. The QR code system for entry and re-entry was a bit cumbersome at first, but once you get the hang of it, it’s manageable. Overall, it was a positive experience. Conveniently located to makan areas and Aeon mall.

My family loved the place. The kids especially liked playing with the toys provided. They even asked to be woken up earlier so that they have more time to play! We hope to have a chance to return and stay again.

Great location! The floor the unit is on was super convenient, with access to the pool, gym, and a sky bridge that connects the residential tower directly to the mall. It's also just a 5-min drive or 15-min walk to JB Sentral, which made crossing to Singapore super convenient. There's even another sky bridge from the station to the mall where the unit is located in—no need to go to street level. The crossing itself is a bit of a trek (2–3 hours depending on the time), especially returning to Malaysia due to visa checks—even with a US passport, I got stopped each time. Not the Airbnb's fault, just something to be aware of if you're planning multiple crossings. That said, the unit was clean, comfortable, and in a fantastic spot with lots of food and shopping nearby. I really enjoyed my stay! I would definitely recommend to anyone looking to stay in the area.

Great place if you are looking for a cosy house in a quiet neighbourhood but still close to amenities such as KSL etc.

The house was relatively clean, with plenty of basic amenities and cold aircon. Wifi is avaliable together with a smart TV. YouTube worked fine without any lag or compromise in quality too. The road in was easy to access, but the humps are slightly on the higher side so drivers, please beware. Would stay again!

We are a group of 7 adults with two young children staying for 3 days and 2 nights. The interior of the house was clean and spacious, making it very comfortable for our group. Although the air conditioning wasn’t functioning at first, the host promptly arranged for a technician, and it was fixed within 2 hours, which we really appreciated. The garden was huge, and we rented a waterpool bouncing castle. it was so much fun, and everyone was satisfied with the stay.

I had a great stay at this Airbnb! The place was clean and had no smell, which made it very comfortable. The host was friendly and welcoming. When I encountered a small issue, they responded quickly and helped to settle it without any hassle.

Absolutely loved our stay! 🏡 The house was super clean, spacious, and perfect for our group. The private KTV room was the highlight — we had so much fun singing together! 🎤 There’s also a Nintendo Switch, pool table, automatic mahjong table, and BBQ area — so plenty to keep everyone entertained. Every corner felt cozy and well-prepared. The host was helpful and check-in was smooth. Highly recommended for family trips or weekend getaways with friends. Definitely booking again next time! 🙌

Our second time staying in this lovely unit. Jason is very responsive & a friendly host. Would recommend this unit for a family stay.

Good and responsive host, the unit is spacious, with new Aircons, clean and come with kitchen. the unit is right above haidilao, and next to popular shopping centres like city square, very convenient. Toilets show signs of wear and tear. overall a good stay.

Had a fab stay at Kym’s place! 🧳✨ Super easy to find and just a stone’s throw from City Square Mall—perfect for food, shopping, or emergency bubble tea runs. 😄 Check-in and check-out were smooth, and the apartment had everything I needed, right down to the tiniest detail. Kym was a gem—quick to respond and gave instructions so clear even my GPS felt appreciated. 📍 Only one bummer: the sofa had seen better days (looked like someone forgot what a coaster—or common sense—was 🥲). So here’s a friendly note to fellow guests: let’s help keep the place lovely for everyone and treat it like our own home (except maybe cleaner). 💁🏻‍♀️✨ Would definitely book again—minus the mystery stains!

“Great stay, my family loved it!” Stayed at Jonathan’s place with the fam — the house was super comfy, clean, and looked exactly like the photos. The area was quiet and peaceful, perfect for a short getaway from the busy city life. My kids enjoyed chilling in the living room watching Netflix, which was a nice touch. stayed here for 2 nights. house is clean, as shown in pictures. check in was a breeze. location is great! just within the many great restaurants/eateries in eco botanic. jaya grocer is very near as well. about 8mins drive to Legoland. will def come back for our next visit.
